2. The importance of teaching PE
• To educate kids about nutrition and health related
issues.
• To increase the chances of lifelong physical activity
• To aid in the development of communication,
interacting, movement, problem-solving and decision-
making skills.
• Encourage and educate children to make positive
personal choices regarding health, safe living, identity,
relationships with others etc.
• It is not valued as make as much as other subjects
despite its many benefits.

• Use a variety of ways to communicate within
