3. STUDY VISA PROCESS
Document requirement
1. Completed and signed Study visa application form.
2. Appointment letter.
3. Valid passport old passport if any.
4. Copy of all pages of the passport.
Remarks please note:
• Your passport or travel document must be valid for at least 3 months from the date on which you leave the Schengen area.
• Your passport or travel document must have at least 2 empty visa pages.
• Your passport or travel document cannot have been issued more than 10 year.
5. Four photo size 35mmX45mm, 80% face, white background and matte finish paper.
6. Hotel reservations, rental of holiday home or campus residence reservation. If the applicant intends to stay with a family member or a
friend, proof of sponsorship and/or private accommodation from the host. If applicant is travelling to several Schengen States, proof of lodging
in each of them.
7. Certificate of admission or registration at an educational establishment for the purpose of attending academic or vocational courses.
8. Student cards or certificates of the establishment at which the applicant is enrolled.
9. Cover letter.
10. Travel insurance valid 6 month.
11. Update resume.
12. IELTS certificate. (If required)
13. Birth Certificate (in English). With attestation.
14. All academic starting from 10th onward – all mark sheets and Certificate with attestation.
15. Current work experience- Joining letter, last 3 month pay Slips, & Job ID.
16. Previous work experience- Joining letter and relieving/Experience letter.
17. Education loan Letter (if any). If disbursed than loan disbursement letter.
4. SPONSOR DOCUMENT
1. Relationship proof id showing relationship with applicant. (Ex. Aadhar card, Pen Card and Passport)
2. Source of income like business registration or salary slips.
3. Last three year ITR.
4. Sponsor bank statement with bank letter showing the fund for remaining fee and living expenses at least for one year.
5. Sponsor affidavit support letter.
Visa fee – 7,500 INR
Note :- Living costs for students in the Czech Replublic. Your monthly expenses will include accommodation, food, transport, books, clothes,
and leisure activities. To cover these expenses, you'll need between 19000CZH X12 = 228000 CZH/year.
5. IMPORTANT REMARKS
The application needs to be submitted by the applicant in person at the Embassy of the Czech Republic in New Delhi,
The visa fees and other possible consular fees (e.g. for superlegalization, verification of translation, etc.) need to be paid in cash in INR,
All original letters issued by the foreign government authorities (i.e. police clearance, birth certificate, high school/university diplomas, etc.)
MUST contain the attestation stamp from the respective Ministry of Foreign Affairs. Kindly note that the attestation stamp needs to be placed
on the original or a certified copy, but not on a simple copy.
All documents must be submitted in original or a certified copy!
Long-term visa applications with the purpose of “study” are decided by the Ministry of Interior of the Czech Republic within 60 days. During the
decision period the applicant may be called in for an interview at the embassy, if requested by the respective Czech authorities.
