The Opportunity:
Sales Operations at BetterUp
BetterUp is looking for a Director of Sales Operations to join our team to drive the strategy
and operational excellence within the BetterUp sales organization, enabling BetterUp’s sales
leaders to consistently achieve business targets. Sales Operations focuses on strategic
planning, sales coverage, sales analytics and developing quick plans to address areas of
weakness. We are creating a new category, and we need an operational leader to drive our
GTM teams to even further success.
The right candidate will be a trusted advisor to BetterUp’s CEO, VP of Sales, and CMO. They
will partner with many cross-functional teams such as finance, operations, and marketing.
They will be comfortable interacting with senior management on a regular basis and
recommending improvements that will change the way we get BetterUp to professionals
everywhere.

BetterUp, you will...

Closely partner with the VP of
Sales, RVPs of Sales, and VP of
Finance to design and
implement productivity targets,
quota credit and compensation
rules, territory definition and
account assignments
Manage and enhance the sales
technology stack including SFDC and
other sales productivity tools. This
includes managing configurations,
change management, enhancements,
dashboards, and reporting.
Monitor pipeline development
programs to identify and
communicate gaps to key
Marketing stakeholders including
CMO, VP of Demand Generation,
and VP of Product Marketing
Effectively communicate complex
topics to a broad audience
including technical and
non-technically driven functions
Actively monitor the relevant KPIs and
preparation of analysis to support
decision making of CEO and VP of
Sales
Drive complex,
cross-organizational projects for
process improvements, GTM
development, etc.

The Opportunity: Sales Operations at BetterUp BetterUp is looking for a Director of Sales Operations to join our team to drive the strategy and operational excellence within the BetterUp sales organization, enabling BetterUp’s sales leaders to consistently achieve business targets. Sales Operations focuses on strategic planning, sales coverage, sales analytics and developing quick plans to address areas of weakness. We are creating a new category, and we need an operational leader to drive our GTM teams to even further success. The right candidate will be a trusted advisor to BetterUp’s CEO, VP of Sales, and CMO. They will partner with many cross-functional teams such as finance, operations, and marketing. They will be comfortable interacting with senior management on a regular basis and recommending improvements that will change the way we get BetterUp to professionals everywhere. 8
  • 9. > > As our Director of Sales Operations at BetterUp, you will... 9 Closely partner with the VP of Sales, RVPs of Sales, and VP of Finance to design and implement productivity targets, quota credit and compensation rules, territory definition and account assignments Manage and enhance the sales technology stack including SFDC and other sales productivity tools. This includes managing configurations, change management, enhancements, dashboards, and reporting. Monitor pipeline development programs to identify and communicate gaps to key Marketing stakeholders including CMO, VP of Demand Generation, and VP of Product Marketing Effectively communicate complex topics to a broad audience including technical and non-technically driven functions Actively monitor the relevant KPIs and preparation of analysis to support decision making of CEO and VP of Sales Drive complex, cross-organizational projects for process improvements, GTM development, etc.
