• In the United Nations reform to implement Agenda 2030 (ECOSOC reform for sustainable development and
inclusive development) UNSECGEN Mr Antonio Guterres has the a good idea to promote the creation fo a new
generation of UN teams at country level to implement UN objectives. There are threats and challenges. We need to
account for opportunities, weaknesses and strengths. We see the new entity, as a world global matrix organization
with UN new generations of teams, national country Strategical teams and local teams of leaders to implement
agenda for actions 2030.
• UN High Level Political Forum (HLPF), which is an annual review organization dedicated to assess UN Agenda
2030 (Sustainable global development process and reduce gaps, bringing the necessary corrections, what works
and what does not work) created further contexts in the global governance with UN, civil societes and
multinationals. BIRD NGO was involved in sustainable development since 1985, mainly in International cooperation
in military activities, hospitality management, vending and schooling and poverty eradication on 4 continents.
• In 2005 BIRD has joined for the first time United Nations in Stockhom (UN-Water) as a conference participant after
designing the water feeder for poultries in armed conflict zones, then later we designed various innovative
technologies, like the pole agaisnt tsumanies, a water delivery service from a flying robot for humaintaire....various
other project breaking through and first such as the vertical dam, which is a way to provide energy security without
clearing forest with conventional dams (we are happy ot see the progress of these innovations today in the world.
We are encouraging innovators, new organization shapes...howerver we have to recognize that organization
projects are always slow, therefore we urge sponsors to make more, better and on the long run for the sustainable
development. resilient companies are striving on the long run (not on short time). Windows are open.
• What is good for communities are good for businesses, particularly in a world with increase poverty it is important to
develop cooperatives as well as pro-poor business models to kick start Economic growth and keep an healthy
Earth planet, which is connecting fit people with the environment (ecology).

As we have participated in Rio+ 20 directly or indirectly with the European Union and United Nations in designating new
leaders (UNDPI-NGO, 2011) and our involment in the HLPF in 2017 and 2018 have demonstrated our capability to grasp
sustainable development issues and to give some valuable answers to crises at all levles, bridging gaps top and grass
root organizations and providing consulting services for the most needed groups that are namely vulnerable persons
(older person to icnrease their revenues, providing training in internet, technologies, website construction, motivation and
spirit of entrepreneurship, also migrants communication and informations). Some of our friends are involved to ease the
asylum seeking searches. We have also donate to groups in order to help to build the fondation for new entities (example
of Nepal after the earhtquakes or also various groups in providing materials to associations; computers...). We bring
expertise and knowledge to the levels of people.
We are wishing all these persons found on our project itinerary of sustainable development and still actual today a Happy
New Year 2019.

often the case with scientifical progress perceived in a narrow way, in a mechanical way, which scope is the national

• France Strategy (Prime Minister Economic, social, environemental Advisory office and National Think Tank)

• BIRD various banking systems also (Post office, CASDEN bank, and Abbey National PLC, now Santander Bank). It
would not be possible without Mrs Margaret Tatcher (UK Prime Minister) who had the good idea to regulate so less
favorite people in life can be once a banker (by gving them some ownership on banking system); in my own
business case it was about the building of the European channel shuttle in 1988 between France and Great Britain
and as the right holder of a saving book (at Abbey Building Society), the opportunity occured to get free share of
one of the world successful banking system (Santander). As an investor, all shares are re-invested in the Banking
group Group for development.
• Also, CASDEN bank, a bank for research and development, scientists, teachers and professors where BIRD has
acquired some ownership rights, by the time, I was profrssor and head of two public primary schools in French
Polynesia.
• Various Administrations in Paris for the business tax purposes (URSSAF), social security (RSA and CAF) and Pole
Emploi for another time with the preparation of a Doctorate diploma with credits and validation of professional
recognized expereince (VAE) in 2019.
• Sainte Theresa Missionary of Charity (Paris) hospitallity and the dedicated sisters of a multicultural task force and
volunteers with the homeless persons and migrants, or people who cannot afford to have a kitchen to cook, also all
aged groups including the older persons with low monthly revenue and unable to feed in full autonomy. Also, very
entertaining for
• Restaurant du Coeur (Coluche and network of solidarity economy), where I can share a meal, exchange and
understand the poverty reduction
• Civil Society Organization (CSO), BIRD met along the year 2019 and sharing the same interest for Post 2015
Sustainable Development Goals objectives and spread the words to actions in the Agenda 2030.
• Water environment Federation (WEF) (for the regular magazine sent free of charge) on the water industries,
innovation and green issues)
• Intermediate Technology Development Group (Now Practical Action), BIRD as entered its name for raising fund for
poor people in race against poverty, a program designed by ITDG to help smalll and medium business and families
of the developing world, between 1988 and 2005.

abroad, which is very important when you want to reduce the financing burden on shelters abroad, and as the
regulations for living are different from countries to countries (for example, if in Paris you can put a tent in the street,
it would not be possible in New York or London...)
• Bus companies: Ouibus...and other european/english coaches linking EU cities
• Others: too many contributors that cannot be cited on the slide.

• Also, I used capital letters (X, Y, Z, T....) for avoiding to fully name people wihtout their permissions
• Also, importantly how gfood is the general public, the common interests, security forces, the reliability of transport
systems and commuting in cities or from cities to airports, as more and more, it is becoming difficult ''if not a jungle''
for organizations to transit or to direct in a journey, due to the increase levels of threats due to insecurity, people
losing their suitcases, which can prompt the civil protection act and create a disruption in a traveler journey, which
cannot be refund, and without any possiblity to renew the professional experience.
