My name is Tom and I’m the new Project Worker. The new role is an exciting new time for me. I have just Relaxation and Meditation: If
finished the WRAP and am currently doing an Assertiveness Course with Jean. I find both very useful in you haven’t yet tried Relaxation
and Meditation it continues on
equipping myself with the tools to look after my mental health. I am thoroughly enjoying the new role in

Project Worker in a member led organisation very rewarding. I am looking forward to getting to know all
those involved in Gateway better over the next few months. It is very true when you get busy you get

It is a FETEC Level 4 Certificate in Assertiveness and Confidence. Jean McElvaney is a very welcoming
tutor and presents a lively class that involves everyone participating in role plays, debates or giving peer to
