New Project Worker                                                                                                 November 2012
My name is Tom and I’m the new Project Worker. The new role is an exciting new time for me. I have just            Relaxation and Meditation: If

For anyone who struggles in their daily communication challenges, I would really recommend this course. metres from its base.
It is a FETEC Level 4 Certificate in Assertiveness and Confidence. Jean McElvaney is a very welcoming
tutor and presents a lively class that involves everyone participating in role plays, debates or giving peer to
peer feedback. Jean is a psychiatric social worker who runs her own company called “7 things I wish I Indian Head Massage is on the
