3. Sleep Performance
The Sleep Performance score is calculated
by measuring the duration and quality of
Sleep in relation to the amount of Sleep
needed.
You can then access a detailed breakdown
of last night’s Sleep, including Time in Bed,
the number of Disturbances experienced
throughout the night, time lost to Sleep
Latency, or the amount of time spent trying
to fall asleep, and the amount of time spent
in each wave of sleep.
You can also view a detailed breakdown of
the Sleep Needed, including your personal
baseline, the amount of time added by
Recent Strain or accumulated Sleep Debt,
and the reduction due to any Recent Naps.
7. Recovery Score
The Recovery Score isa measurement of how prepared your body isfor strain or exertion.
Recovery ismeasured on a 0-100% scale and brokeninto three stages: run down (red), okay to operate (yellow), and peaking
physically (green). Recovery isaffected by many factors - fitness level, health, behavior, stress, diet, hydration, recent strain,
and sleep. The Recovery score analyzesthese factorsto guide your training and personal lifestyle.
