1. Gabriel Ajak is a proven oversight procurement and program analyst. He possess excellent
decision-making and planning ability to lead in a highly diversified and changing environment,
enforcing shared responsibility for outcomes, proficiency across a wide variety of financial
systems and methodologies.
Gabriel is adept at implementation planning including strategic roadmaps. He is also a proven
Program/Project Manager (PMP) and has a comprehensive set of analytical and consulting skills
including managing large-scale projects in fast pace while maintaining schedules, quality and
adhering to budgets and program goals.
He is accomplished at project delivery and knowledge of most major delivery methodologies.
Gabriel also is an experience program analyst in policy compliance and regulatory requirements;
and in interpreting and/or advising on generally accepted accounting and federal financial
principles.
He works with multiple stakeholders within the DHS/FEMA Office of the Chief Financial
Officer (OCFO) and FEMA Component Offices to ensure accurate manpower information is
maintained and provided technical guidance and resolving problems, and participating in the
development of long-range planning and administrative goals.
Within the Office of the Chief Financial Officer (OCFO, he worked) on recovery programs
analysis projects during the Supper Storm Sandy in New York and New Jersey, provided
decision-making alternatives and recommendations to senior leadership team on specific
recovery and mitigation programs.
Before joining the U.S. Dept. of Homeland Security (DHS), Gabriel worked for Park University
as Student Assistance Coordinator within the Office Student Advancement. He was responsible

During his tenure with DST Systems, in Kansas City, Mo, Gabriel has advised clients and
individual investors on collections of investment commodities and portfolios, worked
exclusively with hedge funds and mutual funds managers, met with financial management
advisers to gain better insight into the organization's financial prospects, forecasted growth on
IRA to identified client needs and coordinated efforts to meet those needs, analyzed financial
markets trends on mutual funds and hedge funds’ performance
