Following the conclusion of our Bible teaching series on Esther, on Sunday 16th November, we will join together following the morning service for a ‘bring and share’ Purim lunch. Purim is a traditional Jewish celebration that commemorates the deliverance of the Jewish people as recorded in the book of Esther. Please bring a plate of food to share - triangular shaped if possible! (On Purim, Jews eat triangular pastries called Hamantaschen.) Tea, coffee and soft drinks will be provided. All are welcome.
