W czasie prezentacji Przemek opowiedział słuchaczom, jak to się robi na Antypodach. Wspólnie szukali odpowiedzi na kilka kluczowych pytań: czym jest jakość, dlaczego jest ważna oraz na czym polega różnica między Assurance i Assistance? Przedstawił także strukturę zespołu zbudowanego w oparciu o model Assistance, wliczając DevOps.
