4. Pay for a better internet connection because she take a lot of time waiting for it.
5. Work for a promotion in her company and quit one of her jobs.
6. Keep only a most important friendship connection
7. Talk with friends about how they can get the same things and have more time
8. Change the environment of inspiration
9. Follow an specific goal for create a path and go for it , not disperse
10.She could study a diploma for increase her knowledge and get a better job.
11.Makes your life just what energizes
12.Believe in your inspirations and goals
13.Don’t waste time thinking in every thing, do it, trial and error
14.Create a web page about your works, maybe you could find some new contact or opinion about
how you can improve your works fast
15.Create your own business and handle your times

Practical Idea: Follow an specific goal for create a path and go for it , not disperse.
This idea is easy. It going to help to save energy and time, allowing her to sleep better. She
doesn’t need to spend money just need to maintain focus in her work
Disruptive idea : Promote a team building in the office for increase efficiency in work
Instead to work alone in a project, she could talk with the boss for create alliances in the team
that could bring better ideas and solutions fast. So that allow her not continue working at
home, and focus in other things relative to the second job or family, even better sleep well
at night. I think this is a huge impact for she and for the whole enviroment
