Gen-x : The building consists of one basement 8000 m2 ,three levels as a
hotel any one of this levels about 6500m2 ,two levels as offices and shops .
Gen-x : All slabs have been implemented as post tension slabs except the
slabs of the shops have been implemented as pre cast hollow core slabs ,the
front end of the project has been implemented as steel sheld 16 m out of the
project .
Elkhozama villa: The building consists of one basement, three levels about
1600 m2 .
