The purpose of this tool is to have a learning-teaching strategies that allow
me to interact with different kinds of people, students, partners, classmate
and teachers.
SlideShare is a type of Web 2.0 tool, which is based on slide hosting
service, where users can upload files privately or publicly using different
kinds of formats like: PowerPoints, PDF, Keynotes, OpenDocuments.
Nowadays it is the world’s largest community for sharing presentations; a
place where anybody can promote attractive, useful presentations to get
the visibility you need. More than 60 million global users use this tool to:
find content, upload and share insights, market content wider & smarters.
This tool also can be used on mobile devices like, smartphone and tables.
It supports presentations, documents and Info-graphics; video upload.

3. Why I will use the tool for teaching
The main objective of creating a SlideSharing, is to use it as an
instrument resource by which I will instruct students, mates and visitors
in how to respond to certain assigned activities to be accomplished for
their learning process. It will also allow users to be able to tap into a
large number of SlideShare and raise their own profile; to generate
content relatively quickly; to grow their brand and is perhaps the
platform which can best accommodate more detailed and in-depth
content. Furthermore, this tool can be used as a form of social
networking service, to provide commentary on a particular subject.
Finally, because, I think that a SlideShare is a powerful and interesting
teaching instrument that motivates students to learn in a different way.

4. The importance of using this tool
I think this tool is important because enables me to interact with other
actors in a different way from the habitual way of learning and teaching.
Because you have to be updating your knowledge in order of having a
better impact, and keep pace with the new learning and teaching
tendencies. Teaching with SlideShare also, provides the opportunity to
engage students in both of these literacy activities, and the strategy has
the additional benefit of enabling students to publish their writing easily
and to share their writing with an authentic audience.
