architectural design of sustainable
construction projects, with an

the BIM methodology and the pre-
designed automated construction.

6. FROM THE DESIGN TO THE AUTOMATIZATION
➤ Our work methodology uses most the current building design
technology present at this days. Always searching the efficiency
and correct execution, under UNICLASS 2015 standard.
➤ Site Survey Geo tagged: Our method brings the Site Model in
UTM coordinates locating the project in its exact position in the
Earth. We get its real shape to seat the building in the best
position. And develop the Energy Analysis for a better
sustainable characteristics.
➤ 3D Model: design a tridimensional building must be made
tridimensional. Our way to do architecture let us, since the first
sketch, bring a clear image as will be the building to our clients.
➤ BIM Methodology: Design a Coordinated building in 3D, let us
add all the technical data to the Model in an easy way. The
project information is shared with all other people concerned to
the project. Each of them will develop its area project to be added
to the Main Project Model. Then, when the project is built there
are only one single and up to date information.
➤ Energy Analysis: In our design standard this job is part of our
default methodology. This secures a reduction in the use of
resources in the building operation for all our clients. Optionaly
can get the LEED or PassiveHaus certifications.
➤ Industrialized Construction: when the construction phase arrives,
the BIM method can reach high standards joining with the
automatized structure fabrication. That is possible thanks to the
use of FRAMECAD technology in LGS structures fabrication for
example.
7. OUR PROCESS
➤ We start obtaining the Geo topography referenced data from
a GPS. The information is exported to DXF and it is opened
with VectorWorks. Then we produce the Site Model as the
first step of the BIM Model. Once we develop the landscape,
the platforms and the roads, we can share the volumetric
data of the site as; the cut and fill quantities for the budget
study.
➤ The project location data is established and ENERGOS is
configured to produce the energy analysis of the project.
➤ All this data is stored on a shared disk in the cloud, shared
with all the people involved in the project.
➤ We develop the 3D-BIM Modeling to obtain all the
construction data shared with all the people involved from
the cloud as well.
➤ The architectural design in 3D incorporates the constructive
elements will be used in the construction of the project. It is
equivalent to making an electronic model exactly the same as
what will be built. Then the errors will tend to none.
➤ In this way, reports of the amount of materials, area and any
other information necessary for the project are easily
obtained and in a very short time. Will help to get the budget
very accurate.
➤ Up to this point, the project will be shared in IFC in a
Coordination System in the Cloud. To be used in MEP, HVAC
or Structural engineering or any other professional need.
8. Modeling the Site let us found the project where must be. Modeling the building let
us bring all the materials information in real time to be shared.
9. WEATHER AND ENERGY ANALYSIS
➤ We can give the answer; how will
work the building when start its
operation by its users. In all our
developments we make the Energy
Analysis with the engine ENERGOS,
part of VectorWorks under LEED or
PassiveHaus standards. This
procedure is checked constantly in
the design phase to assure the best
conditions of habitability and the use
of resources.
➤ If the client wants obtain the Energy
Certification, we are capable to give
all the Project Energy Data to
specialist in formats CVS and IFC to
be opened by PHPP or IES-VE.
10. INDUSTRIALIZED BUILDING
➤ Thanks the use of BIM
Methodology, let us interact
with industrialized process of
construction. In particular, our
connection with the automatise
LGS structures design and
fabrication of our projects with
FRAMECAD technology.

built, working with a high level
of accuracy from the BIM Model.
