I am a Partner at Penningtons Manches Cooper. I have substantial experience on major projects both in the UK and overseas and regularly advise on PPPs, hospitals, sports stadia, universities, skyscrapers, power projects and infrastructure using a wide range of procurement strategies. I have particular experience in sustainable development and renewable energy. I'm a seasoned public speaker and co-authored the Chartered Institute of Building's Complex Projects Contract 2013 and the Time and Cost Management Contract 2015. I sit on the Construction Industry Council's Green Construction Panel and the City of London Law Society's Construction Law Committee. I'm a Fellow of the CIOB.
