the project plan to subcontractors, proactively make timely adjustments and
manage workflows. Precise project scheduling enables just-in-time delivery of

4D simulations function as communication tools to reveal potential bottlenecks. We

5D BIM, which stands for 4D plus ‘cost’. It comprises integrating the design with
estimating, scheduling and costing, along with generation of Bills of Quantities,
derivation of productivity rates and labour costs. The project’s cost data is accurately
linked to each element resulting in a detailed cost schedule. This "cost attributing" is
parametric and dynamic so that any change to the model will result in a change to

13. PROJECT SHOWCASE- TATA VALUE HOMES
New Haven Boisar II is an integrated township, designed by
world renowned international architects .Spread across a
lavish 46.71 acres in Boisar. We are associated in this
project through our client Vistar Consultants.
Main feature of this construction is that the whole building
will divided into several modules which will be casted in
different place, carried through crane and welded and
bolted with foundation. With the help of this process total
project completion time will come down to the one third of
the original without compromising with the quality. This
requires accurate drawings as there is no scope of changes
in the site.
14. PROJECT SHOWCASE- IBCKP RENOVATION,GMR GROUP
S&W BIM team has helped client to solve a complex project
and regenerating layout where existing and renovation
goes hands to hand.
Materials estimated up to 90% accuracy and control cost
and wastage. We Note down the random changes made as
per site condition during execution and included in our BIM
model. This will help us to generate as built model which is
necessary during building maintenance stage We monitor
the progress add attribute to model for segregation/
highlighting of the area of work or part of the item
completed during a particular period of time.
This helps client to detect the quantity of work done in that
particular period and thus provides us the opportunity to
work out the back hand calculation for RA bill certification.
15. PROJECT SHOWCASE- National College for High Speed Rail
When it comes to taking up new challenges , Smeaton and
Watt is always up to it. That is why when complex
coordination of Ground Floor of National College of high
speed railway project was required within 24 Hours, Think
BIM turned to us.
And we delivered perfectly coordinated model with
addition of Engineering support , with in the given
timeframe.
We identified design discrepancy and corrected the layouts
before we completed the modelling and generated the
sheets.
16. PROJECT SHOWCASE- JANALAKSMI BANK
SG projects had to develop design drawings for the
Asansol Branch of Jana Lakshmi Bank. We had designed
the entire MEP services for the branches of the bank.
We developed the entire BIM model and created
perfectly coordinated design drawings along with
complete BOQ .
Project was completed in record 7 days’ time, with
complete set of Architectural and MEP plans
17. PROJECT SHOWCASE- GREEN ORCHID THEME PARK
This theme park is in Durgapur, West Bengal cover an area
of 5000 sq. metre including a pool, Park and dining facility.
This is a well pruned and preserved clubhouse meant for
people to come and relax, enjoy and spend some time
away from the routine work of their homes and work.
S&W designed the entire concept and facilities, created 3D
model and delivered the project with high efficiency in 1
month time.
