Streetscape Buildings. This Propouse was a part of other propouses
presented for the client under the direction of Kent Sutherland (SSA )
Architects Group (KSA Group). Commercial and LEED requirements define
the configuration of the building, like wall layering and width , glazing, bike
parking, planting around the building, use of solar energy, the slope of the
roof and other issues for this propouse..

The Jacaranda Gym is a Sporting Project that is located above an existing commercial construction. The
objective was to articulate the new function with the old one and developed almost entirely on the roof of the
existing construction. The considerations for the design were accessibility, open views, privacy and a totally
new image of the existing building. This project is located in the district of Surco, Lima, Peru.

This is the first project of an ever expanding fast food restaurant in Peru. The concept was to rescue the old
tradition of the criollo sandwiches in Peru, This concept preserves the typical architecture familiar in Peru
serving traditional criollo fare. Key considerations in the design were the flow of people and ensuring fast
service. The location is in the highly popular tourist area on one of the busiest street corners in Lima. The
food is served by stations facing the street as well as a seating area for more leisurely dining.

a cabin passenger cabin in an aircraft, destinations. Words scrolled along the wall of worldwide destinations including photographs of more popular destination for the Peruvian

This Competition was realized by the National University of Engineering (UNI) in Peru for a new library on Campus, The central design concept was to have separated areas for
book searches and quieter spaces for reading. This separation of space permits the users a separation of activities and with different aesthetic values. The book searching area is
an open plaza connected directly with the exterior of the building, the movement and the noise activities are restricted in this public area. The second principal area is quiet zone for
reading and research. This section has its own interior space as a noise barrier. The administrative area faces to the principal road of the university whereas the quieter area faces
green space.

TERMINAL TERRESTRE Trujillo Peru
This project was the winner of a National Competition in Trujillo Peru where I was a part of the design team under the direction of the Architect Miguel Luna Sequeiros. This project
competition was an urgent necessity for this city due to the chaotic traffic of the interprovincial bus service in the city occupied all the streets. We proposed a typical triangle diagram
in relation with the road structure of the city, to maximize the entrances and exits and free circulation of the buses. Located in the interior of the terminal are retail outlets, waiting
areas, food stands and public facilities for the comfort of the travellers.

been orientated to make the people more competitive and productive. The project has a simple configuration in accordance with the education and security codes of the district
We created an interior patio to ensure proper ventilation and illumination of the project. The facade is orientated towards the morning sun and included elements to reduce the
sun’s radiation.

spaces that could include a variety of activities due to the families likes. We defined the disposition of the spaces in function to differentiate the exterior spaces in relation to the
indoor activities….the kitchen and the social area were connected with the pool and the quiet space for the master bedroom and the music room. In the interior, we defined a rich
height space to connect the different areas of the house in one great space. This project was developed in 2005.

privileged views of the coast and a special relation with the seawall in the resort town of San Bartolo just on the south of Lima. Accessibility and comfort was combined with
structural elements to make a light volume which defines the circulation and the areas of the house.

This project was designed in a gated community in the south of Lima. The concept was to propose a one level house with a spectacular towards the interior gardens maintaining
privacy from the street, taking the old architectural criteria of the internal central patio with a fountain in the middle of the backyard as a focal point and inspiration for the design. The
facade was a large wall to maintain privacy to the social area, a long window for the kitchen and another volume for the living space and guest room, The rest of the spaces have a
direct and shared views with the internal patio.

This project is an old republican style house in Lima which was renovated to make it more functional, with better illumination, new floors, new kitchen, and new bathrooms. The
service area for employees was moved to the interior of the house to open up the the backyard. This is a project for rental purposes in the exclusive district of San Isidro in Lima
which caters to mainly staff from surrounding embassies. The renovated area is 350.00 m2

a common area that looks like an internal street with green areas for walking circulation.

This is a bath renovation project in an apartment in San Isidro District of Lima, The bath fixture was removed and was replaced by a crystal door shower, all the finishes on the walls
were changed to marble tiles, porcelain floors and the counter of marble was changed to black granite and a new over counter lavatory, all the door cabinets were changed to
cedar, and the installation of crystal shelves to organize better the space.

URBAN DESIGN
EL GONDAL PARK (renovation), Pueblo Libre, Lima Peru
This project was designed for the neighborhood association of El Gondal. They wanted to renovate the old plaza through district financing. The original space of the plaza had
sidewalk through all the green areas. We decide to keep the original shape of the central space and eliminate all the sidewalks only maintaining the walkways around the exterior of
the park. Ramps for the handicap and a pergola to generate shadow over the benches during sunny days were incorporated in the design plan. Different levels according to the
topography and a concrete monolith statue with the name of the park were all part of the design plan
.

TLU reports are defined like an analysis of the current and historical Traditional Land Use related with communities
with an ancestral possession of the territory, this relation is more consolidated with native and metis groups who
were living in the current Canadian Territory for centuries or millenniums. This tool permits the researchers and
lawyers view the historical consolidation of the use of the land and how the industries or other activities impact
directly in their social, economic and cultural system, it is a good tool for negotiations and protection of their
rights….the methodology consist in recollect data with a field work, interviews, archives, maps, gps (points tracks
and paths) of their activities and elaborate documentation to show the current and historical activities or movements
of exogenous activities.
