The Jacaranda Gym is a Sporting Project that is located above an existing commercial construction. The

This is the first project of an ever expanding fast food restaurant in Peru. The concept was to rescue the old
tradition of the criollo sandwiches in Peru, This concept preserves the typical architecture familiar in Peru
serving traditional criollo fare. Key considerations in the design were the flow of people and ensuring fast
service. The location is in the highly popular tourist area on one of the busiest street corners in Lima. The
food is served by stations facing the street as well as a seating area for more leisurely dining.

This Competition was realized by the National University of Engineering (UNI) in Peru for a new library on Campus, The central design concept was to have separated areas for
book searches and quieter spaces for reading. This separation of space permits the users a separation of activities and with different aesthetic values. The book searching area is
an open plaza connected directly with the exterior of the building, the movement and the noise activities are restricted in this public area. The second principal area is quiet zone for
reading and research. This section has its own interior space as a noise barrier. The administrative area faces to the principal road of the university whereas the quieter area faces
green space.

This project was the winner of a National Competition in Trujillo Peru where I was a part of the design team under the direction of the Architect Miguel Luna Sequeiros. This project
competition was an urgent necessity for this city due to the chaotic traffic of the interprovincial bus service in the city occupied all the streets. We proposed a typical triangle diagram
in relation with the road structure of the city, to maximize the entrances and exits and free circulation of the buses. Located in the interior of the terminal are retail outlets, waiting
areas, food stands and public facilities for the comfort of the travellers.

This project was designed for the neighborhood association of El Gondal. They wanted to renovate the old plaza through district financing. The original space of the plaza had
sidewalk through all the green areas. We decide to keep the original shape of the central space and eliminate all the sidewalks only maintaining the walkways around the exterior of
the park. Ramps for the handicap and a pergola to generate shadow over the benches during sunny days were incorporated in the design plan. Different levels according to the
topography and a concrete monolith statue with the name of the park were all part of the design plan
.

TLU reports are defined like an analysis of the current and historical Traditional Land Use related with communities
with an ancestral possession of the territory, this relation is more consolidated with native and metis groups who
were living in the current Canadian Territory for centuries or millenniums. This tool permits the researchers and
lawyers view the historical consolidation of the use of the land and how the industries or other activities impact
directly in their social, economic and cultural system, it is a good tool for negotiations and protection of their
rights….the methodology consist in recollect data with a field work, interviews, archives, maps, gps (points tracks
and paths) of their activities and elaborate documentation to show the current and historical activities or movements
of exogenous activities.
