Who We Are
Cardiff International, Inc. began with the goal of resolving the challenge every Small Cap
Public Company faces, raising money and diversification. What evolved is A Public
Company providing an “Equity Exit Strategy” for Business Owners. Acquisitions
become standalone Subsidiaries gaining advantage of the Power of a Public Company
without losing their independent management control. Cardiff provides a unique
diversified platform of subsidiary profit centers for protection of those subsidiaries and
investors alike. The Cardiff investment platform provides our acquisitions the ability to
raise money and gives our investors the assurance their investment risk is mitigated.
To increase book and market value Cardiff has 3 areas of concentration that represent our
pillars for success, Income Producing Real Estate Projects (40%), Small to Mid-Sized
Business Acquisitions that are Mature, Profitable, with Low to Moderate Debt, plus strong
Management in place. (40%) (We have a strong preference towards existing Franchisees
of certain Franchised Business Concepts), and Second Stage Startups (20%).
Our first pillar: Income Producing Real Estate consists primarily of existing income
producing Commercial Real Estate Projects. Our focus is Strip Shopping Centers, Mobile
Home Parks, and select Residential Development/Conversion Projects in strongmarkets.
Our second pillar: Acquisitions of Closely Held Companies providing an “Equity Exit
Strategy” for Middle Market Business Owners. They become standalone Subsidiaries
gaining advantage of the Power of a Public Company without losing management
control. Merging with Cardiff gives Acquisitions immediate access to our resources to
innovate, expand, and monetize their business.
Our third pillar: Second Stage Startups: After launching their products or services to
generate revenue to grow successfully within an acceptable timeline third party equity
infusion is required to avoid marginal returns on invested time and capital. This investment
also usually generates operation efficiencies of scale that dramatically improve ROI. Cardiff
provides these companies the ability to raise money by mitigating investor risk and creating
a path to liquidity. Our goal is to provide a form of governance enabling businesses to take
advantage of the power of a public company without losing the majority of their equity and
without losing management control. We are looking for successful companies with assets
and cash flow that have high growth potential and would greatly benefit from the benefits
and advantages attributed to raising capital as part of a diversified asset rich public entity.
