3. CURRENT RESPONSIBILITIES:
Assist the department and lead the team in achieving all targets as set out in the annual
budget and quarterly target by attracting new business through internal and external
networking.
New business development and maintaining current clients.
Attract assets and liabilities in line with targets allocated to the team, and expand the client
base according to the team's client profile, assess new business ventures and negotiate
with clients.

Identify and obtain new business opportunities for the Bank’s products and services
offerings, such as Corporate Finance, trade finance, FX products, as well as
Corporate and Financial Institution’s bulk deposit etc.
Negotiating the structure of facilities with clients, cooperate with other relevant
departments to structure the business to match client needs.
To package and present complete, accurate, timeous, quality insight and motivation of
business proposals.
Manage end to end process with respect to Client Services (both internal and external)
and turnaround times.
Provide product departments with the appropriate support to ensure that a customer
focus is maintained.
Ensuring policies and procedure documentation is relevant, up to date and adhered to.
Manage and control the process of credit proposal submission to the Credit
Committee.
Motivate credit proposals after fully assessing relevant risks to ensure quality lending.
Assist Due Diligence in process documentation queries.
Preparation of packs to risk department for credit approval.
Perform on-going post-lending monitoring.
Submission of proposals and reports to the Head Office and relevant parties.
Assist other team members in providing efficient service to clients.
Mentor junior team member(s).
Organizing Relationship Managers’ training, assessment and evaluation.
