SOLAIR will be “rented” by contract to clients

4. Risk Management
Since SOALIR is a disruptive solution, the solution for nigh operation include the storage of pressurized refrigeration gas at the same
pressure as the HVACR high pressure line. So a legal check to see if there is any problem on storing larger amount of pressurized
refrigeration gas on industrial sites in Germany (e.g. If a HVACR uses 10L/h of refrigerated gas, SOLAIR will store180L of
refrigeration gas for a 18 h working without the sun with power enough to run SOALIR). If the German law prohibits storage of larger
amount of pressurized refrigerated gas on commercial sites, thermal energy will be stored for a 24 hours SOLAIR compressor
working, as originally patented.

CSP based on Fresnel Lens is proven technology
High capacity fiber optics has not been used in a similar situation before
Controls for switching on/off energy for the solar compressor has to be developed
Mirror placed in front of entrance of fiber optics to reflect energy back to atmosphere

 First client can be the building of the investor,
accelerator or a local business eager to have a
green solution for its HVACR

with full guarantee on refrigeration gas leakages
 On each client’s site, a full KIT is
manufactured/assemble to attend its demands
 SOLAIR is a assembly line type of company with
several supplier of the KITs parts delivering “just
in time” for a pre-assemble check prior to client’s
site installation

9. Actual application of the technology in its final form. Product and manufacturing processes are approved or
certified. The technology fulfills all safety/quality/performance requirements established by applicable
standards, law, customers, investors or insurance companies.
8. Actual system completed and qualified through test and demonstration. Technology has been proven to work
in its final form and under expected conditions. Means for commercial production of components and
assembly of system are developed and used. Pre-series resulting from intended final manufacturing and
assembly process are tested under real operational environment.
7. Prototype using industrial components near, or at, planned operational system. Represents a major step up
from TRL 6, requiring demonstration of an actual system prototype in real operational environment.
6. Representative model or prototype system, is tested in a relevant environment. Represents a major step up in

Risk Management Since SOALIR is a disruptive solution, the solution for nigh operation include the storage of pressurized refrigeration gas at the same pressure as the HVACR high pressure line. So a legal check to see if there is any problem on storing larger amount of pressurized refrigeration gas on industrial sites in Germany (e.g. If a HVACR uses 10L/h of refrigerated gas, SOLAIR will store180L of refrigeration gas for a 18 h working without the sun with power enough to run SOALIR). If the German law prohibits storage of larger amount of pressurized refrigerated gas on commercial sites, thermal energy will be stored for a 24 hours SOLAIR compressor working, as originally patented.
