 I have extensive knowledge in Microsoft word, powerpoint and excel. And I am also
prolific in most computer functions as I can get used to and use efficiently a new
software when introduced to it in the shortest possible time.

 I am an active member and will contribute to a team’s idea and outcome. I recognize it
is important to work together as a collective and try to encourage those who may be as
confident as others. In university projects, I worked with diverse range students who
worked effectively as a team to deliver the projects successfully.
 INNOVATIVE AND PROBLEM SOLVING
 Resolving client queries and complaints is an important part of my work at Juaben
Hospital at records department. I am always ready to listen to any form of queries from
patients and try to find the best possible means to solve it.
 Minimizing writing time of clients. On days when the attendance is great, I try my best
to go the extra mile to help minimize the delay. I am quick when retrieving folders and
serve my clients faster than any of my colleagues.
