I have extensive knowledge in Microsoft word, powerpoint and excel. And I am also
prolific in most computer functions as I can get used to and use efficiently a new
software when introduced to it in the shortest possible time.
TEAM WORKING
I am an active member and will contribute to a team’s idea and outcome. I recognize it
is important to work together as a collective and try to encourage those who may be as
confident as others. In university projects, I worked with diverse range students who
worked effectively as a team to deliver the projects successfully.
INNOVATIVE AND PROBLEM SOLVING
Resolving client queries and complaints is an important part of my work at Juaben
Hospital at records department. I am always ready to listen to any form of queries from
patients and try to find the best possible means to solve it.
Minimizing writing time of clients. On days when the attendance is great, I try my best
to go the extra mile to help minimize the delay. I am quick when retrieving folders and
serve my clients faster than any of my colleagues.
