2. Basic Difference
 First of all, the difference mainly is purpose.
 It is always indicated by the type of writing that what would be the content (to some
extent).
 The Technical writing is a piece of writing used mostly for official and more
sophisticated purposes.
 But the creative writing involves creativity and is for entertainment purposes mainly.

3. Technical Writing
 Technical writing is based on facts, figures and draws a conclusion.
 It is certainly informative.
 Should be clear and straightforward.
 Vocabulary should be specialized.
 Based on an object (objective).
 Usually informative.
 Technical writing is persuasive.

4. Creative Writing
Creative writing involves emotions, feelings rather than factual or intellect piece of
writings.
Imaginative, fictional writings also fall under the umbrella of Creative writing.
Usually entertaining and provocative and captivating.
Vocabulary should be generalized.
Based on a subject (subjective).
Symbolic, artistic, vague (sometimes).
