14. The basic purpose of workshop is to create
awareness among the students about stress & how to
cope up in such situations.
We guided the students how to make a decision and
its impact on their future career.
We had also arranged activity for students related to
stress management.

studies and work pressure.
We gave presentation to them on what is stress, how
to manage it and how to do decision making and told
techniques on how to manage stress.
We make them do breathing exercise of inhaling and
exhaling and conducted an
activity named “Balloon Activity.”

They liked the topics and they way the presenter
explained by giving examples from daily life.
They said that it was fun doing activity and they
really felt relief after bursting the balloon.
Overall they enjoyed the activity and recommended
