mall.
9- Your look must be superior then others
manager.
10- The mall manager is equal to general
manager, for the all department.
11- Your entire order must be officially through
the document.
12- Need to follow professionalism.
13- Correspondence must be completed in time,
date and day.
14- Don’t apply your opinions until someone
ask.
15- Need to collect all the reports from the all
department by daily basis.
16- Always prepared you for defense from
hazardous situation.

18- Never ever take easy any kind of happened
situation of mall.
19- Always compare your previous and present
for future.
20- Never take an action before think perfectly.
21- After the taken decision never change your
decision.

entire department.

the dictator, as per company policy.
24- Whenever you are not available in the mall
give full power to operations manager.
25- Ensure to operations manager about his
limit for the mall management.
26- Your visitors shouldn’t take lunch or dinner
in your office.
27- Your planning manner must be in vertical
and horizontal directions.
28- Receive always complains in the writing for
solving.
29- Necessary to get entire information’s about
your managers activities.
30- Show them you are the strong person.
31- Don’t try to solve any dispute front of the
others customers, must be in the office.
32- In case of emergency use security for the
solving dispute in the mall.
33- Don’t listen one side, you have to listen both
side for proper judgment.
34- Your records keeping system must be like

First step is mall improvement planning
according to sections A-1.
Second step is implementations as per
company policy according to sections A-1
Third step is scope descriptions must be in
budget, time limit and according to authentic
drawing.

38- Need to take monthly status reports from
the safety department about fire extinguishers
and fire hose; then you will be saved for ever.
39- Need to take weekly report from the control
room about keys movement.
40- Need to take daily report from the control
room about contractors check in check out.
41- Contractors shouldn’t start task without
floor plan and approved drawing.
42- Need to get daily report about water level in
the water tanks ether sufficient or not.
43- Need to install plasma TV in your office, through
connected control room to monitor entire mall
from your office.
44- Ensure yourself about the progress
efficiency of entire cameras in the mall.
45- Lost and found activities must be in your
acknowledgement.
46- Never allow one men show in any department, must be
team work, and then you will have enthusiasm.
47- Mall temperature must be enough in sentry
grade.
48- If convenient for you to take your house
near the mall it’s better for you.
49- Adopt policy to visit the mall surprise basis.
In my point of view in practical life it is obvious
that if a person works daily with full
concentration, then there will be no burden of
work and no work will set in pending. If the
mall manager will follow these above
mentioned articles, he will not get any problems
in his job sector and operations will run
smoothly.

50- Operations department is one of the most
important indicators of the managerial
efficiency of the center. An operations
department includes activities in various aspects
serving to maintain the building and properties
in the best condition possible. Most people
including the shoppers believe in influence of
the first impression in shopping Malls, the
impression is what the shoppers watch when
they visit a Mall for the first time. That starts
from the parking area, the public area of the
market such as the passages, and pathways, the
public courtyards, receiving area, toilets and so
on. The manager of the Mall must be familiar
with the plans and all construction works, as
well as all the sections of the project.
