Many co-relation might
emerge out from data
which can seem
significant, BUT most of
them are just noise and
unhelpful.

It is an
undeniable
fact that a
person’s
future
behavior
can be
predicted
from his
past.
BEING A MANAGER CAN BE
QUITE DIFFICULT
SOMETIMES…..
Being too hard on his people
just for focusing on
performance is very harmful
for any organization over the
long term.
MANAGERIAL RELEVANCE
Being a Manager
can be quite
difficult sometimes
as one has to go
against his work
principles and
ethics in order to
catch-upwiththe
running deadlines.
Being too hard on his employees can ruin the work
environment thus resulting in degradation of
performance.
