WAY OF WORKING
7. • Save money: Switch to Sustainable Heating contract heat and you can immediately
reduce your process energy costs by 10 to 30 % compared to fossil fuels such as heating
oil or propane, with zero upfront investment. Solar and Biogas are naturally free...
• Become greener: Biomass Fuel, Solar and Biogas are renewable and thus carbon neutral.
All our installations comply with the world‘s highest (Austrian, Geman, Californian)
emmision standards - saving the environment and carbon tax. Waste from the
processing of timber is an industry challenge, while Solar and Biogas are nature‘s gift.
These are now efficiently harnassed forthe responsible development of mankind.
• Support the local economy, save local jobs: The biomass waste material used as raw
biofuel is sourced in your local community, the biomass chips are produced in your
neighborhood by local people and hauled by local companies.
• Reduced uncertainty: Biomass (wood, husk, sawdust etc), Solar Power and Biogas are
sustainable, environmentally responsible, renewable energy sources, as opposed to the
depleting fossil fuels such as coal, where competition and prices are increasing.

11. Risk Control
• Very few risks are associated with biomass fueled boiler installations:
– Fuel storage in specially designed bunkers, not fuel tanks.
– Minimal dust, noise and smoke: No significant public health threat.
– No rehabilitation in case of spillage, minimal ash waste produced.(0,2%)
– No pollution or environmental problems with biomass fuels or boilers.
ASSISTANCE BACK-UP RESPONSIBILITIES SPECIFIC RISKS
14. • Low fuel costs, as biofuel consists of processed waste material.
• Our furnaces can run on a wide fuel range, with varying moisture
content up to 55%. (E.g. Saw dust, woodchips, briquettes, energy crop
pellets, husk, bagasse, corn stalks, etc.)
• Sustainable Heating operates several chipping- and biofuel production
facilities, with more than 30 suppliers of raw material.
