An experienced design architect specialized in concept design process, and
strategic planning methodology. Design director and co- founder of architectural
team HABSCAPES, she manages the design, from initial idea to implementation of
multi- disciplinary architectural tasks.
She possesses 15 years of working experience in a wide range of project studies of
diverse scale and discipline. Her capability involves all phases of design and spans
from architecture, urban strategies, interior design and landscaping.
Her career includes international experience, collaborations with recognizable
architectural firms as well as freelance activity. From the various positions having
held during the years, from design architect to associate and leader, she has
acquired vast knowledge of project development, coordination and delivery and can
provide creative direction, resourceful design ideas at any stage, client facing
experience, effective team leadership and team spirit cooperation.
She has participated in significant master planning regenerations, large scale urban,
hospitality, civic related projects and several high-end residential. Some of them are:

Ersi holds a Master degree in architecture from NTUA- National Technical University
of Athens and a Postgraduate Specialization Diploma in architectural design from
UTH- University of Thessaly that focuses on urban design strategies and the
interdisciplinary perspectives created from the investigation of relation of architecture
with the art, theory, technologies of representations and construction. These
relations are explored within a range of scales; the city, the buildings, the subjects,
the landscape.
Her professional aspiration is to participate in challenging, large scale

Role: Responsible for the coordination of concept design, development & implementation
study of rooms, ID of all exterior building & interior spaces.
Team leader of 4 architects
We changed the previous project study, emphasizing on separate clear cubical solids, which
is the basic characteristic of the city urban fabric of Mykonos, with plastic-fluid interiors of
unique identity and concept.
We further reinforced the power of our proposal, using local traditional façade features and
construction techniques as contemporary elements of our design.

The islands were about to accommodate clusters of 5 star and 6 star hotels, villas,
restaurants and bars, with aim to function as a Grand Hotel resort, bringing together the finest
qualities of lifestyle and design of famous European countries.
