Envision Ecommerce Customer Self- Service WordPress plugin provides a quick self-support to customers by allowing them directly ask their queries to the store owner regarding their products or brand. It is basically a Self-Assistant plugin that provides a quick self-support to customers.

1. How To Install and Work “SMART QUESTIONS”
1. Upload the Zip Folder in the Wordpress plugin via Browse button.
2. After uploading the SmartQuestions Plugin you need to activate it.
3. When you will activate the SmartQuestion plugin, 3 Menu will appear in the left
Side bar with name Smart Questions, SmartQuestions Scripts and Smart Analytics.
4. If you want to see the SMARTQuestions at frontend of WordPress, you have to
add the Shortcode of SmartQuestions Plugin.
If you want to display SmartQuestions at Particular Page then you can add the

2. SHORTCODE at a particular page.
If you want to display the SmartQuestions at whole website, then you can add the
Shortcode in the Footer file of activated Theme.
SHORTCODE of SmartQuestions is – [EASA_SMART_QUES]
5. After Adding the Shortcode you will see the “SmartQuestions” Module at frontend
of Wordpress.
5. Please Give the permission to the images, drag_images and front_attachment
folder to 777. These folders are under SmartQuestions plugin . You can change the
permission by FTP SERVER or by CPANEL.
How to Manage the SmartQuestions ADMIN
 How to ADD the First SmartQuestions in admin
1. Click on the Add New Button for adding the New SmartQuestions see in the
Screenshot.
You can add new SmartQuestions from left Admin menu and at the Top of the Button Add New
button.

3. 2. After click on the Add New Button you will redirect to the new SmartQuestions
Page where you can enter the title, description, category, tags and related
smartQuestions. As mention in the below screenshot.
3. After Publish of SmartQuestions you can see the new added SmartQuestions in the
List of SmartQuestions and also in the frontend of SmartQuestions. You can also
edit/delete this SmartQuestions.

4.  Add SMARTQuestions Categories
In this Section you manage the Catgories for the SMARTQuestions

5.  Add SMARTQuestions Tags
In this Section you manage the Tags for the SMARTQuestions.
 All customer Loglist
In this Section you can see the List of all customers that generated the query about
the SmartQuestions. You will receive the mail also for this.
Below mention Screenshot having the one Query generated record. When you will
receive the query of Users there is the Reply Button and you can Reply of the query,
the Button will change from Reply to Answered.
You can also export the Customer Loglist in Excel form by clicking on the Export
Csv button.

6.  Customer Script Reply Record
In this Module All the Record of Reply to Scripts will show. When you will reply to
the User for SmartQuestions Query generated, the reply of that query will be show in
this module.
You can also delete this records.
 Manage SMARTQuestionsranking

7. In Manage SMARTQuestions Ranking Section , you can manage the ranking of the
SmartQuestions.
You can see the List of Ranking of SmartQuestions with 2 Buttons name Update
Ranking and Delete Ranking.
Delete Ranking for the Delete the History of the SmartQuestions Ranking.
Update Ranking - when you will click on this button you will be redirected to the
other page where you can edit the Ranking.
When you will create the SMARTQUESTIONS , It will automatically create the one
record of ranking with 0 like count in this section.

8.  Theme Setting
In this module of smartQuestions you can Edit the Theme setting of SmartQuestions
like Header Footer Color. When you will update this Theme Setting Front
SmartQuestions Color will automatically change.
You can also update the Front SmartQuestions footer copyright.
In Email Settings you can add the emails of admin and CC emails. Reply to
SmartQuestions from front Module and Other mail send to this emails that you will
mention in the Email Setting Module.

10. In Email Template Setting, You can manage the Email header, Footer and Footer
Copyright text.
 SmartQUESTIONS Frontend POPUP Settings
In this Module you can manage the Front Module POPUP. POPUP title,
Description,Background Color,Button colors and description color all will manage
from this module.

11.  SmartQUESTIONS Frontend Company Type
This module is for the manage the FrontEnd Company Type. You can
Add/Edit/Delete the Companies by using this section.
a. There is the Button at the top right corner “Add Company Type” for add new
Companies.
b. Update Company Button for update the existing company type.
c. If you want to delete the existing company type, you can delete by the Delete
Company button.
SMARTQUESTIONS SCRIPTS
SmartQuestions Script Module is for the Scripts that you will send to at the time of
Reply to the User Reply to SmartQuestions Query.
In this Module there are 2 Sections::
-> Add the Scripts
-> List of the SmartQuestions Scripts

12. Below is the Screenshot of the Add New SmartQuestions Scripts

In this you will fill the Script form with Title of Script, Description, Attachment.
These all scripts that you will create , will show at time of Reply to User Query.

13.  Analytic Setting
In this Section you will fill the Google Analytic Credential as see the the Screenshot.
In this form you will fill the Client ID, Client Scret, Service Account Id, Account Id
and Key File Name.
The Key file upload in the Plugin folder path mention below
plugin -> smartQuestions -> include
name of the file mention in the form Key File Path Field.
After Saving all the credential, you can see the Graphs and Charts of the
NewVsReturning, Age/Gender, Site Content, Site Search Graphs. As in the

15. FRONT MODULE
 When you will go with the frontend, POPUP will display with 2 buttons YES
and NO. It will only display one time in a day.

16.  When you click in YES button, it will open the SmarQuestions Module with 10
top ranking results.
 There is the Search section in the Front Smart Questions . When you enter the
keyword, it will display the matching keyword results in List. This search is
Base on the Titles of the SmartQUESTIONS, Tags and Categories.
 After Selection of Matching result, it will display a window with full
description of Selected smartQUESTIONS like Title, Description, Likes,
related QUESTIONS.
 Below this section, it will show all the left matching List.
 There is the Send Your Comment button. This button helps to reply for the

17. individual SmartQUESTIONS query with attachment.
 SmartQUESTIONS is on IP base.
 There is the Leave a message Icon at the left bottom corner. This is for the
leave a message for SmartQuestions and any other query.
