being tried to communicate. Using words that are clear appropriate lets the
learners capture the ideas

When learners feel heard and understood it create an environment that they
feel safe to participate in. Acknowledging the different cultural backgrounds,
perspectives and experiences can open room for there to be more inclusive.

Dynamics
When is come to group dynamics be mindful of the type of
learners that are presented. Some require attention and recognition. Some
learners want get the knowledge and be left alone. When you able to recognize these learners
you can be able to foster well balanced group collaborations and debates.
