1. Short Glimpse of my journey
Abdullah MohammedAlshahrani – urban planner & design
2. If someone asks me to describe what I want to achieve and
what I can do as an urban planner & design, responsible for
developing cities and towns with focusing on sustainability and
regeneration. I am able to create projects which balance aspects such
as industrial development, recreation, housing, transportation,
agriculture, and environment. Essential work duties of an Urban
Planner include: developing planning solutions, collaborating with
architects and surveyors, attending and meting public inquiries,
studying populations, analyzing surveys, preparing reports, planning
transportation systems, discussing with government officials and
supporting their proposals in front of legislative committees, I aim to
achieve simply “an integrated society”.
I am a fresh graduate planning engineer (SECOND HONORS
WITH 4.34 GPA, URBAN AND REGIONAL PLANNING). During my
academic career, I managed to accrue nearly 6 months of work
experience. I had the privilege of working for Saudi Aramco in my
summer training, where I have learned a valuable professional skills
such as design methods, quality assurances, project planning, and
project management and control. In both academic and professional
life, I have been consistently praised as efficient by my professors and
mentors. Whether working on academic and professional projects. By
applying proven problem-solving, management, and planning skills.
Currently, I am looking for a job opportunities in order to learn
and contribute in the best way possible. I am an enthusiastic and
curious person with experience in development studies, Urban
Planning, Transport Planning and urban design. I am still young but I
am very open to execute different ways of working which I am sure I
will be having a valuable experience by working with your team. I have
attached a CV and brief journey of my experiences in this field hoping
this will give a good idea of my skills and abilities. I want to illustrate
the fact that my academic and professional goals are very much
inclined in creating an integrated Society which is what I plan to learn
and practice and hence with this opportunity.

One of the objectives of 2030 Vision is to;
• Diversify the income sources
• Raise the assets of the public
Investment Fund (PIF),
One of the PIF investment land it's
ALGhadeer land in Riyadh city, and
the PIF planning to invest and develop
AL Ghadeer land, there is a need to
prepare a development master plan for
Al Ghadeer land,
this study goal to design a sustainable
urban environment in Al Ghadeer land
To obtaining the maximum economic
benefit to the city of Riyadh by
focusing on the Urban and Economic
aspect also Environmental and Social
aspect, Methodology of the study
1. conducted literature reviewed and
similar cases studies,
2. concluded a framework for the most
important design elements
3. analysis stage at the city level
analysis and site level analysis from
multiply aspect start with urban,
economic, social, environmental and
legal aspects,
4. preparation the design alternatives
5. start the Comparison phase between
the three alternatives
6. develop the best alternative and
maximize it with our study goals,
then
7. start to preparing the project
detailed master plan and we
8. conducted this master plan with
ecotect program for the thermal
comfort
9. extracted the final outputs of the
project beginning with the project
site plan and the 3d perspectives
also the project simulation.

garden and wadi . And adopt the closed

Taif city needs to expand the economic
base and activate the comprehensive
tourism role, due to several reasons
including the weakness and lack of
diversity in tourism and the limited
period of visit to tourists and therefore
we decided to plan a new city belonging
to Taif city to supports diversified and
comprehensive tourism
STRATEGIC OBJECTIVE OF CITY
The city's main function is leisure
tourism, a function on which the
economic base of the city will depend. It
depends on a variety of areas and
tourist activities, which provides a
variety of job opportunities and is
considered one of the strongest reasons
for attracting residents.

The vision of the Kingdom of Saudi
Arabia seeks to develop a national
tourism value and distinctive with
economic, social, cultural,
environmental and recreational benefits
and to increase household spending in
