Emma Crampton was an independent contractor selling buckets of Christmas Cookies for
Cookie Time Limited during the seven weeks preceding Christmas 2015.
The role involved running a business: buying, selling and delivering buckets of cookies
within a set sales territory in New Zealand. As an independent seller this opportunity
operates on a margin only basis, involving a series of sales targets. Emma sold 4632
buckets in the North Canterbury region in 2015, and reached all sales targets put in front
of her. She was also the top seller in her region – Canterbury – for 2015.
Emma was a valued member of our sales team in 2015 and demonstrated many of the
characteristics and skills we look for in our Christmas Cookies sellers. These include:
