 breathing, sunshine and peace?

The food you eat can be either the safest and most powerful form
of medicine or the slowest form of poison.

The best time to drink water is 15-30 minutes before a meal or 2 hours after
a meal. Too much liquid with meals will wash out the hydrochloric acid,
digestive juices and enzymes in your stomach and intestines and delay digestion.
Did you know that over 65% of people have excess abdominal fat?
However, what most people don’t realiseis that excess abdominal fat in particular,
is not only ugly, but is also a serious danger to your health. Belly fat creates the
dreaded beer belly look and is particularly dangerous in that
it releases inflammatory hormones into your body making it harder to lose weight.
Regular deep breathing has many benefits: it brings oxygen to your
cells, awakens the nervous system and increases blood flow to your organs.
