OBJECTIVE
Since my graduation , I'm working as a hospital pharmacist. I seized my leisure to develop my
experience in clinical pharmacy. After I had finished a diploma in pharmacotherapy, I
successfully passed the American board exam with a high score. Also, I have attended
activities about the best ways to manage a clinical pharmacy and DIC. In addition, I have
experience in lecturing and continuing education activities for pharmacists and nurses in safe
drug administration field. My career objective is to join a highly reputed clinical pharmacy
entity where I can best practice clinical pharmacy.

I've been training in different specialised pharmacies during my clinical studies. I'm now a
clinical pharmacist at the ICU in Menouf general hospital..

I've been working for 7 years at the pharmacy department in Menouf general hospital. During
this period, I built a satisfying experience in the different pharmaceutical activities including
retails , in-patient, out-patient pharmacies.

hints about managing and practicing clinical pharmacy.
December 2014 Drug information center (DIC) management
The training was conducted by the general Pharmacy syndicate for 2 months at the premises
of Dar El Hekma.
March 2015 The QPPV pharmaceutical vigilance training
The training focused on reporting pharmacovigilance warning signs.
April 2015 Detection and statistical analysis of single nucleotide polymorphisms (SNPs)
2 days workshop to learn PFLP and SSR techniques to detect SNPs and statistical analysis of
the results. Patient genotyping helps personalization of his/her therapeutic protocols. This
course is a part of my PhD study in personalized medicine.
