 Certificate of Two-year Pharmacy Internship Program at King Hussein Cancer Center since 2013-2015
(Including the training in the outpatient and the inpatient pharmacies, clinical rotations in pediatrics,
surgery and internal medicine and an orientation in the chemotherapy pharmacy).
 Certificate of Attendance the Pharmacovigilance and Medication Errors Workshop on the 7th of
February, 2015 at King Hussein Cancer Center.
 Under the supervision of Dr. Abeer Al-Rabaiah I worked on the article (Assessing Knowledge, Attitude
and Practice (KAP) towards Pharmacovigilance and adverse drug reaction reporting in pediatrics service
at a comprehensive cancer center) alongside a professional team of pharmacists and clinical
pharmacists in the King Hussein Cancer Center.
