As a member of the Finance Application Support team, I supported Advantage Billing and its users - similar to my time in
the unit from 2003-2007. In 2012, I designed and added the fee structures for Columbia Funds clients. I built an MS
Access application to generate a supplemental invoice insert which details the base-market-value calculation. I was

with Technologies and the vendor. In addition to this work, in 2014 I took on the support of the PeopleSoft Accounts
Payable processes.
Mar. 2009 to Jan. 2011 Ameriprise Financial, Inc Lead Business Analyst
Finance Department
I supported the Owned Assets Accounting system (PAM) and its users. Specifically, I was responsible for the testing and
implementation of releases and fixes, coordinating the work performed by our group as well as with Technologies and the
vendor. I also partnered with managers and accountants for UAT testing of functionality enhancements. In addition to this
work, I added controls, automation and documentation for processes performed by our group. Lastly, I was the appointed
SOX Tester for the department.
Oct. 2007 to Feb. 2009 Ameriprise Financial, Inc Senior Business Systems Analyst
Finance Department
I assumed a lead role, supporting reporting from the general ledger and the users depending on reports and data. During the
conversion to the POA GL, I tracked the progress of report development and UAT and kept project team leaders informed.
On an ongoing basis, I helped coordinate and monitor report development work performed, by both on and offshore
resources. I engaged technologies for report enhancements and fixes to SQR and Actuate reports. In addition, I analyzed
batch report production and worked with technology partners to improve reports and run times.

I was responsible for supporting the Advantage Billing System and its users. Tasks included managing small to medium-
scoped projects and assuming a team member role on others. I was the point of contact for the system vendor; drafting and
submitting requirements for enhancements and subsequent testing and installs. I also reconciled vendor invoices and
negotiated credits
