Rosewood Hotel Group’s Management Trainee Programme invites you to an accelerated
learning journey that encompasses on-the-job training and exposure to corporate senior
leaders. Our 12-month Management Trainee Programme is open globally, designed
for aspiring talent with passion to kickstart their career in the luxury lifestyle sector.
This programme provides a tailored learning experience for you to craft your own career
journey of becoming the future leader of Rosewood Hotel Group.

6. • Recent graduate of bachelor's degree or above with top academic results
• Less than 2 years of post-graduate work experience
• At least two, or 6-month equivalent internship experience with leading companies of
any industry
• Exceptional communication skills in written and spoken English
• Proficiency in the local language is required in some locations (please refer to details of
