About VEEPIO
VEEPIO is a real-time monetization platform for
interactive social media content. This means that
VEEPIO allows users to shop within the app and
monetize their own pictures and videos.
VEEPIO has created proprietary technology that
allows users to click on any media object and
purchase it instantly.
In addition to the social media platform, the major
part of VEEPIO software is the Software Development
Kit (SDK). The SDK can be implemented inside other
apps and websites and will create a seamless
transition from a social feed to an e-commerce
experience.

B R A N D E L E M E N T S
The VEEPIO logo reflects more than just the name ‘Veepio’, which
came from the abbreviation of ‘V.P.O.’ – Video Public Offering; by
using the key element of the application core functionality, i.e.
tapping on the objects of interest with a finger, the visual part of the
logo shows users how the product will look and operate before they
have interacted with it.
When using the logo, please ensure there
is always clear space around and
between the brand mark and word mark.
The margin of clear space equals the
distance between brand mark and word
mark and roughly equals the height of the
‘V’ letter. Remember to always constrain
the proportions when resizing the logo.
Minimum height for word mark: 40 px
with and 100 px for brand mark with
clear space included. There is no
preset maximum size for the logo.

VEEPIO brand colors have been chosen according to Triad color rule
with moderate cyan colour as the main color and bright red and light
orange as complimentary colors.

The header for newsletter and cover photo (for social media). The complex radial gradient with the central point placed outside rectangle and an enlarged logo with gradient both in fill color and the outline.
Raleway and Helvetica Neue have been
selected as VEEPIO brand typefaces.
The Raleway typeface is used mainly in
app UI and as a typeface for headers,
while Helvetica Neue has been chosen
as a typeface for body copy due to its
more formal look and good legibility.

VEEPIO App Icon
VEEPIO app icon consists of a logo mark and a
gradient background. Logo mark is relatively large,
using almost 60% of the space in order to be
visually clear when resized to an iPhone home
screen icon size.
Once the brand is established and well-recognized,
alternative versions of app icon could be used.

CURRENT POSSIBLE VARIATIONS
VEEPIO Icon Set
A custom icon set has been designed
exclusively for VEEPIO app to create unique
style and reflect the contoures of the logo.
A special emphasis was put on the simplicity
and friendliness of the ‘reactions’ icons in the
app. Asymmetrical and rounded shapes
convey informality, yet still create credibility
and a warm relationship with the user.

Business Card
The VEEPIO business card uses the
American standard business card size of
3.5 x 2 inches.
The card has horizontal orientation and
minimalistic design, with a logo mark on
the front side and company’s information
as well as a word mark on the other.
The information should be concise and
contain the name of the person, their
email address and phone number; also
company’s address and website.

VEEPIO Advisor Agreement
This advisor agreement (the “Agreement”) is entered into the date set forth on the signature page by and
between Veepio Holdings, LLC (the “Company”) and the undersigned advisor (the “Advisor”).
The parties agree as follows:
1. Services
Advisor agrees to act as an advisor in UI Design to the Company and provide advice and assistance to the
Company from time to time as further described on Schedule A attached hereto or as otherwise mutually
agreed to by the parties (collectively, the “Services”).
2. Compensation
Advisor may be entitled to receive cash compensation; however, Advisor shall be entitled to receive the equity
compensation indicated on the signature page hereto at an exercise or purchase price equal to the fair market
value of the Company’s Common Stock, which will be documented in the applicable Stock Option Agreement
or Restricted Stock Purchase Agreement to be entered into by Advisor and the Company. The Company will
seek written approval or have a meeting of the Board of Directors to authorize the Advisor compensation and
deliver definitive stock purchase or option agreements regarding the stock compensation within 90 days from
the date of this Agreement. If the Company fails to provide the foregoing documentation within such 90-day
period, then the Advisor shall have right to contact directors of the Company.
3. Expenses
The Company shall reimburse Advisor for reasonable travel and related expenses incurred in the course of
performing services hereunder, provided, however, that any expenses shall be approved by the Advisor
emailing a request including the nature of the expense and a maximum amount to the company for approval.
4. Term and Termination
The term of this Agreement shall continue until terminated by either party for any reason upon five (5) days
prior written notice without further obligation or liability.
5. Independent
Contractor. Advisor’s relationship with the Company will be that of an independent contractor and not that of
an employee. Advisor will not be eligible for any employee benefits, nor will the Company make deductions

Letterhead (Headed Paper)
A letterhead is a printed heading on stationery,
stating company’s name and address.
Official documentation at VEEPIO should be
printed out onto headed paper. Letterhead can
also be used digitally for PDF documents.
There are two versions of letterheads available.
There are no preset rules of which letterhead
to use, just an advice to keep in mind that
design where logo is within a bounding box
with rounded corners is slightly less formal, so
it would serve best for a less formal
documentation.

email notifications template. The typeface should be “web-safe”
in order to be supported by most web-browsers.

Presentation
When preparing a Keynote presentation, please use VEEPIO
presentation template/theme and VEEPIO color palette.
To install keynote theme, double-click the theme file (the file
with .kth extension), then click ‘Add to Theme Chooser’.
A custom color palette has been created for Keynote (or any
application that uses the default Apple colour picker) making it
easier to use the correct VEEPIO colors.
To install the color palette, copy the file ‘VEEPIO Colors.clr’ from
Google Drive ‘Presentation template’ folder to your Colors
folder in your Library (Finder > Go (hold the Alt key) > Library).
Then open up Keynote and the colour picker, click on the 3rd
tab at the top, and choose the VEEPIO Colors palette from the
drop down menu.

  • 3. About VEEPIO VEEPIO is a real-time monetization platform for interactive social media content. This means that VEEPIO allows users to shop within the app and monetize their own pictures and videos. VEEPIO has created proprietary technology that allows users to click on any media object and purchase it instantly. In addition to the social media platform, the major part of VEEPIO software is the Software Development Kit (SDK). The SDK can be implemented inside other apps and websites and will create a seamless transition from a social feed to an e-commerce experience. The VEEPIO logo reflects more than just the name ‘Veepio’, which came from the abbreviation of ‘V.P.O.’ – Video Public Offering; by using the key element of the application core functionality, i.e. tapping on the objects of interest with a finger, the visual part of the logo shows users how the product will look and operate before they have interacted with it. When using the logo, please ensure there is always clear space around and between the brand mark and word mark. The margin of clear space equals the distance between brand mark and word mark and roughly equals the height of the ‘V’ letter. Remember to always constrain the proportions when resizing the logo. Minimum height for word mark: 40 px with and 100 px for brand mark with clear space included. There is no preset maximum size for the logo. The Raleway typeface is used mainly in app UI and as a typeface for headers, while Helvetica Neue has been chosen as a typeface for body copy due to its more formal look and good legibility. Logo mark is relatively large, using almost 60% of the space in order to be visually clear when resized to an iPhone home screen icon size. Compensation Advisor may be entitled to receive cash compensation; however, Advisor shall be entitled to receive the equity compensation indicated on the signature page hereto at an exercise or purchase price equal to the fair market value of the Company’s Common Stock, which will be documented in the applicable Stock Option Agreement or Restricted Stock Purchase Agreement to be entered into by Advisor and the Company. The Company will seek written approval or have a meeting of the Board of Directors to authorize the Advisor compensation and deliver definitive stock purchase or option agreements regarding the stock compensation within 90 days from the date of this Agreement. If the Company fails to provide the foregoing documentation within such 90-day period, then the Advisor shall have right to contact directors of the Company. 3. Expenses The Company shall reimburse Advisor for reasonable travel and related expenses incurred in the course of performing services hereunder, provided, however, that any expenses shall be approved by the Advisor emailing a request including the nature of the expense and a maximum amount to the company for approval. 4. Term and Termination The term of this Agreement shall continue until terminated by either party for any reason upon five (5) days prior written notice without further obligation or liability. 5. Independent Contractor. Advisor’s relationship with the Company will be that of an independent contractor and not that of an employee. Official documentation at VEEPIO should be printed out onto headed paper. Letterhead can also be used digitally for PDF documents. There are two versions of letterheads available. There are no preset rules of which letterhead to use, just an advice to keep in mind that design where logo is within a bounding box with rounded corners is slightly less formal, so it would serve best for a less formal documentation. A custom color palette has been created for Keynote (or any application that uses the default Apple colour picker) making it easier to use the correct VEEPIO colors. To install the color palette, copy the file ‘VEEPIO Colors.clr’ from Google Drive ‘Presentation template’ folder to your Colors folder in your Library (Finder > Go (hold the Alt key) > Library).
