Highlights
 Developed a forecasting model for different classes of perishable products by analysing the sales data
with respect to the trend and seasonality being followed.
 Defined store receiving and execution process for the F&V Category so as to improve the customer
experience at the outlets.
 Designed a marketing and communications strategy for vacuum packed perishable products by
designing in store activation to drive sales.
 Defined strategies for liquidation of stocks at day end for reducing the dump for the category.
