spot checks on ten workcenters to also include inspection on collateral duty inspectors for initial or
annual inspection.

cross trained 28 maintainers into becoming qualified maintenance technicians prior to my transfer.
Thus, nine maintenance technicians became collateral duty inspectors and test cell operators being able
to support the fleet during two deployments.
· During the 2014 deployment was the assistant leading petty officeras a second-class petty officeron
the night shift with 14 maintainers and one electrician who was temporarily attached forthe circuitry
of the test cell.During this nine-month deployment, the work center repaired a total of 78 F404-GE-
400/402 engines went to twomajor workcenter audits and performed maintenance on all the
supporting equipment that is used to trouble shoot and repair engine. Insuring the development of
sailors, we promoted cross training withthe electrician and as a team we become proficient at using
multimeters and understanding of electrical wiring.
· The maiden deployment on 2011 deployment was a night shift collateral duty inspector and
maintenance technician as a third-class petty officer.Inspected and repaired 65 F404-GE-400/402
engine and prepared them forengine test cell.

· Worked as a maintenance technician learning on how to read the publication and permed daily and
unscheduled maintenance on E2-D and C2-A aircraft. Earn my aviation warfare pin as some enlisted

electrical power and cockpitfamiliarization, in doing so this allowedme to go to several detachments
