to attra t more into our li e, ou need to e
mind ul and rate ul or hat ou ha e in our

ha e ri ht no , ho ill ou re o nize and
appre iate hat ill ome into our li e ne t?!
This step is ru ial.
I our oal is to attra t that dream jo , land that
inter ie , This is the e ample that I ill e
usin take a moment to just silen e our mind,
and e press ratitude to ards the jo that ou
ha e ri ht no . Re o nize all that it has rou ht
ou up to this point.The a I usuall e press
ratitude is in a journal, ut ou an easil just
take out a post-it, or rite it in the notes app on
our phone. Onl IF ou an i nore all
distra tions On e ou ha e ound our
desi nated ritin spa e, rite do n at least 3
thin s that ou are rate ul or, in this e ample,
the jo that ou ha e ri ht no . Whether it has
helped ou pa our ills on time, et that i ed
o ee in the mornin , or simpl just to put ood
on the ta le. Don't o erthink these thin s, just
simpl rite hat omes to our mind, this
should e simple, and shouldn't take more then
minutes.

3. STEP 2: FEEL

as i our desire has happened alread . Feel as i ou are
tellin the stor to our riend, ou eel all the emotions o
that da as ou are tellin the stor . I don't kno i ou
u s ha e realized this or not, ut most o our de isions
made in our da to da li es are mainl ased on emotions,
emotions make us human. I ant ou to eel this moment
so ri idl . You mi ht e en et oose umps on our arms
or our e es mi ht start to tear o jo . THIS IS NORMAL, the
more ou an eel this is happenin or alread happened
the more e e ti e this ill e or ou.

mind. IF ou trul tell oursel that this desire has
happened and ou a k it up ith emotion, our

loser? It ould e as simple as updatin our resume
and sendin it out, or doin some resear h on the
position and read a out hat other people ha e done
to a omplish this. This is not ompli ated, hate er
ali ns ith hat ou are tr in to a hie e hi h ould
possi l e done as soon as ou are inished readin
this!
- On e ou ha e put out our ener and intention
into the uni erse, it ill pro ide ou ith hat ou are
seekin . A ter ou ha e identi ied hat ou an do

and a tuall do it.
- These a tions should e eas and not eel like a
urden or ou to do. Ba k our a tions ith positi e
intention ith the end oal ein our desire. Your
desire should e stron er and help ou to o er ome
