all personnel issues planning and scheduling.

operator in the semiconductor
industry. In no time I became a
lead and then supervisor. After a
few years i was moved to the
engineering departmentand
became the scheduler and
planner.
In 2001 I was recruited
to WestCoast Quartz as a start up
for their siliconbusiness. Iwent
in as a senior process engineer,

engineer and now back as
