House Manager (Contract) – Falkner House, McCarthy and Stone (April 2022 – June 2022)
I managed the Falkner House development – the buildings, gardens, and grounds - in an efficient and
effective manner to ensure a safe, well maintained, and pleasant environment is provided for the
Homeowners.
Key Responsibilities:
● In a positive and friendly manner ensure that all new Homeowners are aware of the rules and
regulations applying to their apartment.
● Deal with emergency situations as they arise in a professional way.
● Check that scheduled work and/or repairs have been carried out.
PA to COO (Maternity Cover), Dulwich College (April 2021 – March 2022)
Provided efficient administrative support to the Chief Operating Officer across a variety of disciplines,
including direct management of staff accommodation and projects as required.
Key Responsibilities:
● Administration, secretarialand clerical duties include; preparation of reports, as well as,
arranging and minuting governors and committee meetings.
● Management of the COO’s diary, appointments and reminder systems. Each day I prepare a
clear to-do list with details of meetings and prioritised tasks.
● Due to the nature of the role, I ensure I always handle sensitive information respectively and with
discretion.
● I manage the administration of College staff accommodation, including tenancy agreements and
inventories and tenant liaison. I handle all property-related queries and external residential
lettings.

As a work coach during the pandemic, I assisted individuals and their families towards financial
independence and employment through tailored coaching and quality referrals, enabling them to claim
the support they needed as they progressed.
Key Contributions:
● Exceeded referraltargets by utilising government Kickstart Scheme, matching customers skills
and interests to relevant roles.
● 10 customers secured employment and personal development opportunities whilst I was their
work coach.
● I was specifically put forward for a higher customer service apprenticeship based on excellent
reviews from customers and my performance statistics.
Freelance Marketing and Event Executive, Windrush Foundation (April 2020 – October 2020)
Responsible for the end-to-end organising and management of events ranging from small focus groups to
large virtual events and conferences. I developed online marketing campaigns to increase delegate
attendance and supporter engagement with the charity's products and services.
Key Contributions:
● Delegate attendance increased by 30% after implementing my social media and email marketing
campaigns.
● Developed new and existing fundraising campaigns which raised over £11,000 + for the charity
from May 2020 to date.
● Pitched proposals and led on projects that improved the operational processes of the charity e.g.
implementing Microsoft 365 migration.
Event Officer (Maternity Cover), Dulwich College Events (Jan 2020 – Mar 2020)
Played a key role in the smooth running of small – large sized events. Working closely with clients at
every stage, from initial viewing through to the seamless handover to the Operations Team.
