15. TMP RCTM manager
Reporting to the MC VP TM and as a part of the national
support team TMP Recruitment Manager is responsible to
prepare, run, track and evaluate implementation of the
product based recruitment in the all LCs. As NST he/she
should actively participate in all activities of the TMP
Product Based Recruitment task force. Based on the
outcomes of the task force NST is responsible to recreate
and adjust selection and induction process, educate LCVPs
and insure implementation on the LC level by
communicating and tracking LCVPs. After first recruitment
he/she is in charge to evaluate the implementation and
make report with main proposal for second recruitment.
We are looking for experienced, result
oriented and innovative manager with
LCVP TM, OGX or LCP experience. This
person has to have excellent

20. How to apply?
Conditions of application:
1. Send the application on time. Final Deadline is: 16th June 2014, 23:59 GMT+1 (Czech Time)
2. You can use different design elements in your application but make sure that the document is
brand aligned (at least the logo of AIESEC).
3. Every document needs to be in Pdf format, but you are free to create your template, colors,
layout, background. (size of font not smaller than 10)
4. We are expecting from your side 5 documents in Pdf format:
