Foreword:
How to be a qualified flight attendant?
1. Flight attendant's appearance
It refers to aspects such as a person's appearance, posture, clothing and personal
hygiene. It is the appearance of the mental outlook of a flight attendant.
Because people have different personalities and temperaments, different internal
accomplishments, and different behavior habits, each person has a good cultural
literacy, profound knowledge, and profound thinking ability as the core, forming
an extraordinary temperament. A good demeanor takes a long time to cultivate
and exercise. Especially as a qualified flight attendant, you need to strengthen
your cultural quality, cultivate your own personality and self-cultivation in the
long-term flight, and combine the external beauty and the internal The
combination of beautiful beauty forms the temperament of a stewardess.
The most basic requirement of a man's face is to develop a good habit of shaving
every day.
2. Lady's face requirements

(1) . When performing flight tasks, flight attendants should make elegant, fresh
and natural makeup. Some simple makeup methods are:
Clean the skin with cleansing cream first;
Use foundation cream to improve the complexion of the face;
For eye makeup, start with the eyelids and apply eye shadow powder below the
fold line of the eyelids from the inner corner to the outer corner of the eye. Use a
soft color such as lavender or brown. Finally, use a sponge ball to spread out the
edge of the eye shadow powder. To appear soft.
Use an eyeliner to draw an eyeliner under the eyebrows that is in harmony with
the eye shadow, then use a dark brown, gray or black eyeliner to lightly make a
dotted line at the root of the upper eyebrow, and then use a small damp brush to
brush these imaginary dots into a soft line Of the line. Apply brown or black
mascara to the ends of the eyelashes, first from the inside to the outside, and
then from the bottom to the top.
When applying rouge, smile at the mirror before applying rouge, apply the rouge
on the raised areas of the cheeks, and then gently pat the corners of the eyes with
your fingers. This will produce a similar natural ruddy effect.
Work makeup must not be heavy, and lipstick must not be too bright red. You
should pay attention to make-up at any time during the flight, so as to give
passengers a full mental state.
(2) Air hostesses should pay attention to hygiene issues during face modification,
and carefully maintain the health of the face to prevent frequent pimple or acne

on the face due to personal inadequacy of hygiene.
(3) Pay attention to the local modification of the face, keep the eyebrows, corners
of the eyes, ears, and nose clean, and don't blow your nose or dig your ears in
public.
(4) Pay attention to oral hygiene, insist on brushing and washing teeth, and refrain
from eating flavourful food the day before boarding the plane.
(5) Pay attention to the beautification of the hands, keep your hands and
fingernails clean at all times, and develop a good habit of washing your hands
frequently, especially after you enter the bathroom on the plane, you must wash
your hands frequently, and keep your hands moisturized. The part is soft, and you
should develop a good habit of cutting your nails frequently. Don't leave your nails
too long, which will give travelers a sense of unhygienic.
3. Clothing
Clothing is the external packaging of the human body, which includes clothes,
trousers, skirts, caps, socks, gloves and various clothing. Clothing is a silent
language, which embodies a person's personality, identity, self-cultivation and
psychological state, and directly represents a person's character. Flight attendants
must pay attention to personal clothing, which is related to the personal image
and the image of the airline. Therefore, flight attendants must abide by the
airline's clothing regulations on the plane, and they must dress in accordance with
the regulations during the flight. Air hostesses should keep their work clothes
clean and tidy when they are wearing work clothes. They should iron their work

clothes flat before boarding the plane. Work clothes are not allowed to appear full
of wrinkles, broken, stains, dirt, odors, and clean and tidy clothes will be given to
passengers. Brings a fresh and comfortable feeling.
How to be a qualified stewardess-stewardess professional ethics
Aircraft cabin service is an important part of civil aviation transportation services,
which directly reflects the service quality of airlines. In the fierce aviation market
competition, the image and work attitude of flight attendants who directly serve
passengers play a vital role in the airlines' occupation of the market and winning
more repeat customers. Elegance, dignity, beauty, and generosity are people's
unanimous recognition of flight attendants, but the previous standards alone are
far from qualified for the profession of flight attendants. The most important
thing for flight attendants is to have considerable professional ethics. As a
qualified flight attendant, what does the professional ethics include?
1 . First of all, you must love your own job. The love for flight attendants’ work is
not temporary. When your ideal life of flight attendants is broken by hard work in
reality, you can continue to be proactive, enthusiastic, considerate, courteous,
serious and responsible, diligent, hardworking, and work hard. .
2 . Have a strong service concept and sense of service. In the fierce market
competition, the level of service quality determines whether an enterprise can
survive, and the core of market competition is actually service competition. Civil
Cabin Crew blog:https://www.airflighthome.com/
9
aviation companies are most concerned about passengers and cargo owners. If
they want to win passengers in the market competition, they must improve their
service awareness and service concept.
The sense of service is gradually formed after training. Consciousness is a kind of
thought, a kind of conscious action, and cannot be maintained by rules. It must be
melted into every flight attendant's outlook on life and become a conscious
thought.
3. Have a hard-working spirit. In people’s eyes, flight attendants are an enviable
profession flying around in the air, but in actual work they have to bear the hard
work that people would never think of. The difference in jet lag when flying on
long-distance routes, and the difference in work for various passengers flying on
domestic routes. Difficulties and special situations encountered in the process will
happen at any time. Without the spirit of hard work, you can't bear the pressure
of work and can't do service work well.
4. Enthusiastic and cheerful character. The job of a stewardess is a job that
directly interacts with people. Every day, she has to contact thousands of
passengers on the plane, so she needs to communicate with the passengers at
any time. Without a cheerful personality, she can't do this job.
5. Study business knowledge diligently. As a flight attendant, she not only serves
tea and water on the plane, but also needs to master a lot of knowledge. For
Cabin Crew blog:https://www.airflighthome.com/
10
example, our flight is to the United States today. Our flight attendant must first
grasp the national profile and human geography of Beijing and the United States. ,
Politics, economy, countries, cities, rivers, mountains and historical sites that the
flight routes fly over. Also master aircraft equipment, emergency handling,
in-flight service procedures and service skills, etc. It can be said that flight
attendants must understand astronomy and geography, and they must master
various service skills and service concepts. They must have not only beautiful
external beauty, but also rich internal beauty.
6. Learn to speak. Language itself represents the attributes of each person. A
person's growth environment will affect everyone's speaking habits. As a flight
attendant, you must learn the art of speaking. Different service languages often
result in different service results. An air hostess has to master different speaking
skills, such as: speaking skills to elderly passengers, speaking skills to child
passengers, speaking skills to special passengers, speaking skills to passengers
who are tantrums, speaking skills to important passengers, and speaking to
first-class passengers. The speaking skills of passengers who take a flight at a time,
and the speaking skills of service when the flight is abnormal. In our service, often
because of one sentence, it will bring different results to our service work. A
pleasant language will bring many repeat customers to the airline; or because of
your nasty remark, the passenger will never take the plane of this airline again; he
may also tell other passengers what happened to him, so he is offended One
passenger may be equivalent to offending ten or hundreds of passengers. For

example, when a flight attendant provides a meal service for passengers on a
flight, there are two kinds of hot food for passengers to choose from for the meal
on the flight, but when the meal is served to a certain passenger, the kind of food
he wants is just gone. Our flight attendant is very enthusiastic. The first-class
cabin found a meal and delivered it to the passenger, saying, "I'm so sorry, but I
just sent you a meal after the extra first-class cabin." When the passenger heard it,
he was very upset and said: "I can't eat anything in the first-class cabin? I won't
eat it either." Because she couldn't speak, the stewardess's kindness did not get
the passengers' thanks, but instead made the passengers unhappy. If our flight
attendant said: "I'm so sorry, the meal you want just runs out, but please rest
assured that I will try to help you solve it." At this time, you can go to the first
class to see if there are extra meals for passengers to choose from. After you get
the meal, when you deliver it to the passengers, you can say something like this:
"Look, I will provide you with first-class meals. I hope you will like it. Welcome you
to take our airline again next time. I will definitely First of all, please choose our
meal, and I will be very willing to serve you.” The same meal, but a different
sentence, has brought different results. This is the art of speaking. As a qualified
flight attendant, speaking is really important.
How to be a qualified flight attendant-professional image of flight attendant
The stewardess's beautiful, dignified, and generous appearance has left people
with her fixed image characteristics. As a qualified stewardess, how can she form
Cabin Crew blog:https://www.airflighthome.com/
12
her own image characteristics? First of all, the professional image of a flight
attendant is gradually learned and developed in daily life. You can't expect to train
yourself into an outstanding flight attendant after a few days of class. The
purpose of learning etiquette is to establish and shape the image of flight
attendants, which includes both external and internal content, including the
improvement of quality, the beauty and ugliness of the soul. External
improvements include appearance, language behavior, etc. The external image as
the manifestation of internal quality is based on internal quality. Therefore, only
by strengthening one's own self-cultivation can we achieve "internal wisdom and
external show" and truly establish the image of a flight attendant.
1. Aviation etiquette
Aviation service etiquette is a code of conduct, which refers to the code of
conduct that flight attendants should abide by in the service work on the plane. It
specifically refers to the various service links of the flight attendants in the cabin
service. There is a whole set of stewardess's code of conduct for communication,
including meals, delivery of beverages, and special services for special passengers.
The significance of learning aviation etiquette lies in:
1 . Help improve the personal qualities of flight attendants;
2 . Contribute to respect for passengers;
3. Contribute to improving the service quality and service level of airlines;
Cabin Crew blog:https://www.airflighthome.com/
13
4. Contribute to shaping the overall image of the airline;
5. Help improve the economic and social benefits of enterprises.
As a flight attendant, you must first master the etiquette of aviation service in
order to do a good job of service. A flight attendant is a person who directly
contacts and serves passengers. As the saying goes: "You won't have a second
chance to make a good first impression." This first impression is very important to
a flight attendant. A passenger may take an airplane once in his life, and your first
impression will always remain in his heart, so mastering aviation etiquette is very
important for a qualified flight attendant.
Language and etiquette: As the saying goes, "A good word is warm in winter, and
bad language hurts cold in June", it can be seen that whether the language is used
properly and whether it is in accordance with etiquette will produce completely
different effects. In daily life, people use language to talk, express ideas,
communicate information, and exchange feelings, so as to achieve the purpose of
establishing, adjusting, and developing interpersonal relationships. A person’s
speech is an important indicator of a person’s character.
(1) The manner of speech. Whether you are a speaker or a listener, you must be
full of energy when you talk, with a natural and generous expression and a
pleasant appearance, with gentle eyes, and face the other person squarely.
Cabin Crew blog:https://www.airflighthome.com/
14
(2) Choice of topic. First of all, we must choose topics that are of interest to the
other party, such as topics related to aviation, how high the plane flies, the
landmarks of the route we fly over, and issues that need to be paid attention to
during the flight.
(3) The performance of the speaker. When the stewardess talks with passengers,
the language should be accurate, complete meaning, soft voice, friendly
intonation, and moderate speed. At the same time, you must take care of the
emotions and moods of the passengers, and you must not talk endlessly by
yourself. You must also leave a chance for the passengers to talk and
communicate with each other.
(4) Be a patient listener. When talking with passengers, pay attention to listening
to the passengers' speech patiently, and react positively to the content of the
conversation to show your sincerity, such as nodding, smiling or simply repeating
the content of the passenger's conversation. At the same time, proper praise is
essential, it can make the conversation atmosphere more relaxed and friendly.

1. Are you really suitable to be a foreign airline flight attendant?
The recruitment of foreign airlines must require candidates to have a sense of
customer service, and it is even better to have customer service work experience!
Customer service sensitivity is one of the professional qualities of flight attendants,
and it is also what the examiner is interested in during the interview.
Cabin Crew blog:https://www.airflighthome.com/
20
The topic of Customer service is the top priority for foreign airlines. It is
recommended that you do a good job of self-analysis and create a professional
image full of enthusiasm for the service industry.
Putting aside the so-called flight attendant halo, many people want to know: "Do I
really like the service industry? Is it really suitable to be a foreign flight
attendant?" As an old flight driver, Alice gives you some ideas and directions. Just
ask yourself:
1) What is my motivation to join Foreign Airlines? What are the specific career
plans?
2) How do I understand quality service? How will it provide passengers with
excellent service?
3) What positive insights or inspirations have you gained from your past
work/internship experience that will help future flights?
4) Do I have any work/life experience related to the service industry/service
awareness/service experience that is worth sharing with the examiner during the
interview?
Cabin Crew blog:https://www.airflighthome.com/
21
5) How can these experiences be combined with flight attendant services to be
confidently presented in the interview?
……
❤The ultimate customer service will start from the heart. If your answer is firm
and positive, congratulations: You are definitely in the blue sky. Before you rush to
the sky, you must prepare the following high-frequency interview questions in
advance
What could you do to exceed customers’ expectations?
Tell me about a time that you offered an outstanding customer service.
Have you ever done something to surprise your customers /coworkers?
Describe a situation when you had to handle an angry customer.
Tell me about a time you experienced conflicting work demands ,how did you
respond?
.......
Cabin Crew blog:https://www.airflighthome.com/
22
The above topics seem to be numerous, and their themes are all around customer
service. If there is no standard answer, don’t find a routine, it’s OK if the answer
highlights the following personal qualities
❤ The acumen to discover potential problems and solve existing problems
❤ Desire to serve others and patiently communicate
❤ The ability to perceive details
❤ Use subjective initiative to adapt to different people, things and things
❤ Maintain a positive mental state while sustaining a high-intensity work
environment
Foreign airline passengers must not only be careful, patient and attentive, but also
have the ability to let passengers experience, feel, hear and see all the quality
services.

take advantage of a company's generosity. It also shows me that the company is
great at diplomatically handling confrontational situations, which is a skill that I'm

advance and answer sincerely, I believe it will not disappoint the examiner.
In the interview, you need to deepen the content of the response to make the
expression appropriate and persuasive. Regarding this compulsory question, Alice
will share with you four answer ideas and reference answers below, and let you
broaden your thinking~
Idea1.
Enjoy the pleasure of serving others (Enjoy the pleasure of serving others)
I’m a graduate of.... so I’m well-trained in the art of hospitality and customer care.
I’m positive that my background will help me make your customers wanting to fly
with Qatar Airways again. This is where I aspire to build my career around – at the
same time seeing the world sounds very exciting.
Idea 2.
Challenging career (flight work is challenging)
I’m looking for an exciting, challenging career, and a position as a cabin crew at
your airline is a perfect match for me.I’m really excited that being a cabin crew
would allow me to work in a dynamic ,international company where I could learn
a lot about the industry from my team members and superiors.
Cabin Crew blog:https://www.airflighthome.com/
27
I’m doing just that with my current job as a waiter/receptionist/call center
agent/nurse. This is what I want to do more of in the future and I go out of my
way to ensure that every customer is as comfortable as possible – and of course,
the traveling is a great bonus.
Idea3.
Become an open-minded person.
I come from a very traditional city in China that isn’t very cosmopolitan.Being a
cabin crew would give me a lot of exposure to people from many different places
and allow me to become more open-minded.
4.Five essential skills and qualities for becoming a foreign airline passenger
I am an ordinary white-collar worker and would like to join Foreign Airlines. In
addition to meeting the educational background, height requirements, English
proficiency, physical fitness and other requirements of the recruitment
information, what other requirements do I need? "
"My appearance conditions and English proficiency meet the recruitment
requirements. Why can't I pass the interview so often? Does the examiner dislike
me?"
Cabin Crew blog:https://www.airflighthome.com/
28
I wonder if you have similar doubts?
【Foreign Airlines recruitment information is an explicit and open assessment
standard requirement, and there are many invisible and multi-dimensional
assessment content for FAIRLINE interviews. Among them, the candidate's
"cultivable potential" is an assessment dimension. 】
In the short interview process, the examiner tried every means to find "good
seed" that is worthy of the airline's large amount of resources to cultivate. A
"good seedling" can grow up to be a qualified and excellent flight attendant with
comprehensive skills and comprehensive qualities. Some skills can be quickly
achieved through acquired training, such as medical first aid knowledge, cabin
service skills, etc.; some qualities are inherent personalities that are difficult to
adjust, such as affinity, expressive expressions in communicating with others, etc.
To this end, candidates need to understand the direction of the interview
assessment, in order to be well-informed, targeted, and reflect the high degree of
matching with foreign airlines to the greatest extent.
Below, I summarize some of the important contents of the interview invisible
assessment: the five essential skills and qualities of foreign airline passengers,

In addition to fluent English expression ability, the second aspect is an extra bonus
point. Some airlines will give priority to candidates who have a second foreign
language advantage. This depends on the airline's corporate culture and route
needs, and is not a necessary admission condition.
•An additional language besides English
Another language besides english
In the process of preparing for the test, the sisters need to pay more attention to
understanding the corporate culture of the target airline, master the
responsibilities and requirements of foreign airlines, find their highly matched
places and enlarge the highlights... These are all important for preparing for the
test. Homework is the only way to finally get an OFFER.
5. High-frequency real questions you must prepare for foreign airline interviews
Share ten high-frequency real questions in foreign airline interviews, so let's
prepare in advance
1)Give me an example of a time when you dealt with a customer who made an

unrealistic or unreasonable demand.
2)Tell me about a time that you dealt with an angry customer or client. What
would you have done differently?
3)Tell me about the last time you lost your patience at work.
4)Describe a conflict you had with a coworker. How did you resolve the conflict?
5 ) Describe a stressful situation in which you had to use your verbal
communication skills to resolve the issue.
6)Imagine you see a passenger being deliberately rude to another cabin crew.
How would you deal with this situation?
7)Imagine you saw two passengers disputing over their seats. How would you
handle this?
8)How would you deal with a passenger who refused to follow the rules (keeping
his seat belt buckled, etc.)?
9)How would you handle an anxious passenger who is afraid of flying?

What do you believe makes excellent customer service?
Which question are you more sure of?
6.10 interview notes you need to master
Foreign airline recruitment is mainly divided into OD sea election, AD
re-examination and final final election. There are various forms and it is not easy
to break through.
Here are ten interview clearance suggestions you must know~
1)Time concept
Please be sure to arrive at the interview site in advance, the concept of time is
extremely important. In addition to avoiding being late, you also need to adjust
your status in advance to meet the challenging retest.
.
2)Professional Image
The flight attendant interview is indeed cruel, and the first impression is
Cabin Crew blog:https://www.airflighthome.com/
35
particularly important. If your appearance conditions do not meet the standard,
you can be rejected by the examiner within 7 seconds.
Suit jackets, shirts, trousers, skirts must be ironed flat, check thread defects;
jewelry mainly style watches and earrings; shoes should be clean and shiny; girls'
hairstyles and makeup should be delicate and tidy, try not to wear exaggerated
false eyelashes or beauty Hitomi, silk stockings should fit the skin color, and not
loose hooks; boys' hairstyles should be sharp, beards should be shaved, nose hair
should be removed, socks should be dark, avoid fancy.
Learn about the makeup requirements of the target airlines in advance, such as
the red lips of Emirates, the French hairstyle of Singapore Airlines, the lip color
and nail color of Aeronautics and so on. Requirement of yourself with flight
attendant makeup standards will not only make you more confident, but also
allow the examiner to imagine your professional image in uniform.
3) Communicative competence
Improve the desire for communication and expression, keep smiling and friendly
communication with people around you, don't think that the examiner can't see it,
in fact, they are all observing silently.
4)Ready to work
Cabin Crew blog:https://www.airflighthome.com/
36
Familiarize yourself with and practice the aviation assessment format and
high-frequency question types in advance, and be prepared to show your best self.
5)Team spirit
In the process of any group assessment, interrupting group members' speeches or
cracking down on group members' speeches are the biggest taboos. You should
look for appropriate speaking opportunities, listen carefully, and encourage team
members to participate in the discussion.
Address the name, respond appropriately to others or invite others to participate,
such as "Jason, that is a really good idea!" "What do you think, Alice?" Sense of
cooperation.
6)Background check
Do a good job of background investigation of airlines, such as airline model, flight
destination, corporate culture, etc. One of the most common questions in the
interview: "How do you think you would fit into our airline?" At this time, the
examiner expects you to tell us your understanding of airlines and highlight your
enthusiasm for flying.
.
Cabin Crew blog:https://www.airflighthome.com/
37
7) Body language
Pay special attention to your facial expressions and body language, and don't let
up. Never sit with your feet up or your hands around your chest. Smile friendly
and talk calmly. Remember, you are very close to your dream, take the
opportunity to tell the examiner with action: I can become the brand ambassador
of your airline!
8) Stay true
Be generous, imagine yourself to be a flight attendant and embody the elegant
and humble qualities of a flight attendant, stay true and unpretentious.
9 )Never get discouraged
If you stop at the retest, don’t be discouraged. In many cases, each airline has its
own recruitment standards, not for individuals. Airline HRs come to China with
recruitment tasks. They will select according to the needs of airlines, such as fixed
number of people, language skills, male to female ratio and so on. If the Singapore
Airlines interview is unsuccessful, it does not mean that you are not good, but that
you are inappropriate, because you are probably the perfect candidate for Qatar
Airlines.
Cabin Crew blog:https://www.airflighthome.com/
38
10) Persevere to the end, don't give up!
Not everyone can do it in one step during the foreign airline interview. It's normal
to fail the interview several times. Not going to the end this time does not mean
that you cannot be a good flight attendant. Every interview is accumulated
experience, knowing how to summarize and improve will continue to progress,
and a good attitude can make your interview road go further and better.
7. Avoid falling into the four big pits that the examiner resents!
Many candidates are experienced in interviews, saying that they are simply
face-to-face, but in the end they were eliminated. Why?
Why ME!
!
!
Indeed, Mianba is proficient in foreign airline interviews and seems to know
everything. People can't help thinking that TA is the best candidate for Offer. Even
Mianba himself has this illusion. Unfortunately, the interview ended unexpectedly.
There are countless online strategies and interview experiences. Regardless of the
personal experience and the authenticity of information sources that vary from
person to person, many candidates have grown accustomed to the herd mentality
from childhood to adulthood. The imitation of the answers to the patterned
interview is an involuntary behavior pattern of many people and gradually
becomes a facet. The tyrant develops a record.
Cabin Crew blog:https://www.airflighthome.com/
39
It's a pity that foreign airlines examiners are all "human beings", and they can tell
at a glance those who only "know how to answer questions" but don't "really be
themselves".
Here are four tips to make the examiner reluctant to recruit, everyone quickly
write them down to avoid stepping on the pit! !
1)Careless official speech
Many candidates like to describe themselves perfectly, are not familiar with the
content of their resumes, and even make up stories on the spot. For example, the
examinee said: "This is my dream job, and I have a good communication skill." If
the answer is said, it is not said. Often the examiner will ask you to specify, and
don't fool around.
2) Blurt out without thinking
Especially when you encounter some high-frequency question types, you will
recite as soon as you open your mouth. Everyone must be fully prepared in
advance to participate in the foreign airline interview, but the way of expressing
expressions is absolutely skillful, sincere and natural enough to impress the
examiner!
Cabin Crew blog:https://www.airflighthome.com/
40
3)Can't find the role of "I"
In order to reflect their "teamwork" spirit, many candidates are afraid of "speaking
too many mistakes" in the case presentation and failing to inform the examiner of
their importance, what role do you play in the team, why are you so critical and
what have you contributed?
If the candidates describe in their resumes that they have served in physical
management positions, but did not reflect in the interview process, the examiner
will suspect: you have exaggerated again, at best you are an ordinary member. You
must know that leadership is an ability that Foreign Airlines attaches great
importance to.
4) Can not withstand in-depth inquiry, lack of specific examples
Many candidates are worried about the final part, and they have to be alone with
the examiner. It is inevitable to give examples of personal experiences and accept
in-depth cross-examination of the content of the resume. The situation does not
match.
Learning to tell a good story is the key to the question and answer session. It is
Cabin Crew blog:https://www.airflighthome.com/
41
very important to use specific time, place, characters, data or dialogue content to
make the statement more full and true. It is very important to fully reflect the
sense of picture, confidence and answer ideas, and everything comes from
interview skills and Comprehensive preparations.
Candidates can see through those candidates who are good at "performance" but
not suitable for flying, and are also good at side observation, looking for flight
attendants who truly understand communication and have a sense of service.
8.How to praise yourself in an interview? (Classic free sub-questions)
In this issue, I will share with you the high-frequency question types of foreign
airlines interviews:
-What do you think are your strongest attributes?
-What’s your biggest strength?
-What’s your personality?
....
For this type of question, the examiner wants to intuitively understand your

42
personality advantages and highlights, so as to judge whether you meet the
airline's selection criteria.
There is no standard answer to this question. To be blunt is to give you the
opportunity to talk about what is good about yourself. You have to brag about
yourself! How to grasp it?
I suggest you follow the following three points to answer:
1)Be sincere enough, don’t over-package yourself
2)Express clearly and avoid verbose
3)The content should accurately match the personality traits of foreign airline
passengers
As long as the above principles are firmly adhered to, then this is simply a delivery!
Minute! question! In the time-limited interview selection, the examiner has a
strong appraisal orientation, and will focus on the presentation of everyone's
personalities and tap the potential that everyone can cultivate.
If you don’t have a clue, then the following five answer directions and English

expressions can help you match your advantages with the professional
characteristics of flight attendants. Quickly pick 1-2 features and answer them
based on your own situation!
1) Critical thinking, adapt to high pressure and high intensity work
Critical thinker who works well under pressure
2) Have empathy, always pay attention to details, considerate and meticulous
personality characteristics:
Empathetic person who always pay attention to detail
3) Have leadership and teamwork spirit:
Strong, fearless leader with good teamwork skills
4) It is important to have good communication skills and good listening skills:
Good communication and active listening skills
5) Flight attendants need to be confident and friendly, and have principles and
bottom lines. You can calmly deal with difficult passengers or emergencies
during the flight:
Confident and firm while still remaining friendly

44
In addition to the five points shared above, there are many highlights that need to
be presented purposefully in the interview. Small partners can learn more about
the work content of the flight attendants, the corporate culture of the airline, and
the core service philosophy, etc., so as to better grasp themselves. For the
direction of answering questions, be sure to win this sub-question!
9. The five preparatory themes for the classic compulsory exam
【Foreign airline interviews cannot be rigidly applied: the only "routine" is to
systematically sort out knowledge points, obtain efficient test preparation
methods, and then master general interview skills. 】
So much good news came, which once again aroused everyone’s inner longing for
flying, and many sisters were also nervous and confused in their hearts: unfamiliar
with foreign aviation interviews, unknown flying jobs, and because of the different
airlines recruiting, the interview process And the assessment method has its own
characteristics, and it is difficult to grasp the key even if the tactics of the question
sea or the interview of the face sutra. The more prepared, the more messy, the
greater the psychological pressure, all of them are asking:
"I have never participated in an interview with Singapore Airlines. How do I

45
prepare?"
"Are the interviews for Middle East airlines, Southeast Asian airlines and European
airlines completely different?"
"What questions will appear in foreign airline interviews? How to efficiently
prepare for the exam?"
The above is a topic that every examinee is concerned about, and it is also a
high-frequency question that Sri Lanka has to answer for everyone in every
course.
Many candidates have similar comprehensive qualities and spend the same time
preparing. However, some people stop moving forward. Even though they have
spent many years in various interviews and consume money and energy, they can
hardly get a satisfactory result; while some people have succeeded in one or
several interviews, and even got two or three flights. Company's Offer.
Everyone will have a big question mark in their hearts: Why? why it's not me? ! !
Regardless of the fact that Goddess of Luck cannot take care of everyone in the
sun, candidates with a high chance of success will undoubtedly combine the
Cabin Crew blog:https://www.airflighthome.com/
46
following two aspects:
1) Persevere and work hard;
2) Correct preparation direction.
Flying is not easy, but it is definitely not out of reach. Airlines are different, but
they have many commonalities. The seemingly large number of assessment
questions and the ever-changing interview process often involve only a few topics,
and they are always changing.
[Many heads of HR and Cabin Crew departments of Foreign Airlines often feel that
candidates are unable to grasp the main points of the interview when
interviewing, including in the classroom, and blind spots are endless. 】
For example, the candidate backs down the information about the airlines who
bought several new aircraft on what day of the month, but does not know what
the service concept of the target airline company is to convey to the customer,
and how it will be reflected in the in-flight/ground service. You know, the
examinee’s service awareness is what the examiner is interested in, and those
cold numbers have little meaning;
Cabin Crew blog:https://www.airflighthome.com/
47
For another example, when it comes to self-introduction, many sisters tend to
repeat the resume information mechanically, and tell the examiner "flying is my
dream". The dreamy atmosphere is strong, and the inability to land is even more
boring and boring. Everyone seems to have forgotten that the purpose throughout
the interview is 100% Sell Yourself! Self-introduction is actually self-promotion. In
this part, you need to find your own advantages that impress the examiner in an
instant, and express it in a down-to-earth manner to have a memory point;
During the interview, many English majors also faced a sudden embarrassment.
The interview information that I was familiar with was hard to tell in English. In
addition to the lack of English for foreign airline interviews, perhaps they have not
done enough attentiveness. Everyone knows Burj Al Arab in Dubai, Islam in the
Middle East, black robes for women in Doha, and burgundy uniforms of Qatar
Airways... But how do you express it in English? This part is no longer a question of
English proficiency, but a blind spot in preparation information (after all, the Burj
Al Arab Jumeirah is an Arab baby, and the local name is Burj Al Arab Jumeirah, so
don’t call it The Ship Hotel).
【Without the correct thinking and direction for exam preparation, countless
blind spots are of course inevitable. If you also have the above distress, the most
important thing is to slow down and spend some energy to find a way. Only by
clearing the fog, can we prepare for the interview in a real sense. 】

10. Put away the fog and regret and say goodbye: the classic compulsory subject
preparation strategy that you deserve to have
Let's get rid of the fog and talk about five classic test preparation strategies for
foreign airline interview topics.
PS: If you are preparing for Singapore Airlines, Emirates Airline, Qatar Airways,
British Airways, Lufthansa, Swiss Airlines...any foreign airlines interview, the
following dry goods sharing is very suitable.
Classic compulsory test theme 1:About Your Career and Customer Service
Experience
Regarding candidates’ work experience, especially work experience related to
customer service. In addition to ensuring that the work experience in the resume
can withstand scrutiny, everyone must also learn to polish the content related to
the service industry. Even if you are a school student or lack of professional
experience, you can do it. If you have the opportunity to talk about this part of the
content or click on the WeFlyer Himalaya FM program at the end of the article,
there are also interview instructions for recent graduates or Xiaobai.
Cabin Crew blog:https://www.airflighthome.com/
49
It is recommended that you fully understand the service content of the target
airline company and pay attention to topics related to the service industry, such as
Customer Service, Customer Satisfaction, Customer Loyalty...Train your ears to be
sensitive enough to these words and be able to confidently say why. The examiner
will try his best to find out whether the examinee has a good sense of service or
master certain service skills, and find the most suitable candidate for his airline
company.
Classic compulsory exam theme 2:About Yourself
An examination of the authentic characteristics of the candidates. When
encountering the topic of this part, everyone should remember a principle:
Transition to Professional from Personal, that is, learning to transition from
personal characteristics to professional advantages. The following are some of the
predicted high-frequency questions/essay questions:
1.How would you describe yourself?
2.What did superiors think are your weaknesses?
3.What is your biggest success/failure and what did you learn from the
experience?
Cabin Crew blog:https://www.airflighthome.com/
50
4.Have you ever regret /feel upset about something?what did you learn from it?
It is recommended that friends make a list for themselves in advance, covering the
advantages and disadvantages of self-analysis, personality characteristics and
highlights, hobbies and so on. What should be said, what should not be said,
everyone must have an idea in mind. :
Classic compulsory exam theme 3:About The Company
Topics surrounding airlines will also appear in the interview. Usually in the Meet
and Greet link, the airline will play various promotional videos to allow candidates
to further understand the corporate culture and the working and living
atmosphere of the flight attendants. This part of the content will also be involved
in the interview process. . You can check the airline's official website or pay
attention to the airline's dynamics in advance to get a comprehensive
understanding of the target airline. The following directions are also worth noting:
1. What is the profitability of the airline?
2. What are the future route expansion plans?
Cabin Crew blog:https://www.airflighthome.com/
51
3. What are the characteristics of the in-flight cabin service? Such as internet
access/entertainment offers/service for young flyers/cabin feature, etc.
3. What are the highlights of airport ground service? Such as self check
in/Chauffeur-drive services/new lounges, etc.
Classic compulsory exam theme 4:Behavioral Questions
The theme of the assessment of individual behavior performance. The usual form
of this type of question starts with "For example, when you..." and may ask an
example of a particular event or position. The following are some of the
high-frequency prediction questions:
1.Tell me about a time that you had to multitask at work.
2.Give me an example of a conflict you had with a customer.
3.Share an example of how you were able to motivate co-workers.
4.Have you ever made a mistake? How did you handle it?
5.Have you handled a difficult situation? How?
Cabin Crew blog:https://www.airflighthome.com/
52
Through this form of questioning, the examiner expects to understand everyone's
past life/work experience. Through a statement of an event, they will also see the
candidates' values, the way of dealing with future work, and the attitude and
mentality of the candidate. In the process of organizing language and case
presentation, if candidates can highlight the next characteristics that match the
flight attendant position, the examiner will pay special attention. Some of the
characteristics are as follows:
1.Passionate
2.Show initiative
3.Driven
4.Respectful
5.Team Player
6.Focused
7.Responsible

8.Energetic
……
Since this part of the content is too much dry goods, Si will look for opportunities
to talk with you in detail. Please reply or bookmark this article. I will share with
you the answering skills of the above several prediction high-frequency questions,
surprise eggs, please look forward to it.
Classic compulsory exam theme 5:Scenario Based Questions
It is one of the characteristics of foreign airlines interviews that the examiner asks
questions based on a certain/a certain hypothetical situation, and all major
airlines like to use this type of question. Every time Si talked about this chapter
and related content, the friends were excited to brainstorm. To answer related
questions perfectly will also test everyone's resilience and personal emotional
intelligence.
This type of question is not necessarily directly related to flying life or cabin work
scenes. It is often asked in the context of everyone's work experience or the
normal state of the service industry. What does a typical hypothetical situational
question look like? Here is a chestnut:
Cabin Crew blog:https://www.airflighthome.com/
54
Your shift is currently short staffed and everyone has been asked to take turns
working extra hours to help out. You've already worked late once this week, but a
coworker called in sick and now your supervisor is asking if you can fill in. You have
plans with friends after work. How would you respond?
The above scenario should be the norm for many domestic office workers: due to
the shortage of staff in the job position, you have overdrawn and worked overtime,
and you are overworked. Now the colleague is sick and unable to work, and the
boss seeks your support. However, you and your friend have an appointment. Not
only is there a conflict of time, but also a conflict between work and life. How will
you deal with it?
Through this question, the candidate’s current reaction and answer will truly
reflect how she handles Work & Life Balance in real life, and will also show what
kind of personal professional ethics and work focus she has.
There are many types of questions for this type of topic. In addition to essay
questions, they will also appear in group discussions. Many European airlines,
including the past group discussions of Emirates Airline, have frequently raised
questions about a specific/a hypothetical situation. The Roleplay session included
makes candidates’ sense of service, expression skills and business quotient
realistically presented, which is very challenging.

55
11. Five-star airline flight attendant shares the secret of perfect impression with
you
High standards of professionalism and corporate cultural exchanges have
cultivated the skills and ability to communicate with others
Customers usually pay for the product not how good the product is, but the
person or brand who meets the customer face-to-face, and the overall feeling that
the person or brand presents, such as character, conversation, and values, makes
him feel at ease? Let TA believe that it is worth the money? Give TA a sense of
trust?
Face-to-face contact with customers is a good opportunity to quickly narrow the
psychological distance. Many well-known brands have done a good job using the
good impression of initial contact to build customer relationships.
Take Qatar Airways, the world's best airline, as an example.
With simple greetings and exchanges, the crew makes the passengers feel that the
entire flight experience is pleasant, eliminates passengers’ worries, and relaxes
their guards. Retain customers and make a second sale.
Cabin Crew blog:https://www.airflighthome.com/
56
This point touches me deeply, and I often learn from it and share it with you.
In Qatar Airways, the flight attendant needs to conduct one-to-one
communication with business/first-class passengers. The flight attendant must do
Chairside Breifing for the VIP in the service area—go to the passenger’s seat and
communicate with him in a head-up or squatting posture, about 2-3 Minutes.
All passengers are strangers. What can we talk about when we meet for the first
time?
Mainly a digression of praise and greetings, and a friendly comment on
everything the passengers said:
Express welcome and love to them for taking the flight;
Topics related to the destination weather or local activities (such as "Arrival in
Paris in the morning is about 18 degrees, is there any plan for clear weather")
Small topics, appropriate compliments, try to find some small clues related to
passenger nationality, flight information, boarding experience, etc., to cut in.
Cabin Crew blog:https://www.airflighthome.com/
57
For the flight attendant level, the company requires us to predict the needs of
passengers on flights, such as whether there is a special meal demand, and
whether they are satisfied with the use of flight products? Proactively provide
passengers with additional information, such as the price reduction of duty-free
products on flights, do I need to reserve in advance? Provide passengers with
recommendations for meals, itinerary planning, etc...
Starting from the details, pay enough attention to customers, create a
comfortable memory point, and leave a perfect first impression.
Regardless of interpersonal communication, workplace communication or sales
work, learning to create a communication atmosphere and proactively
understanding each other's needs is the key to gaining the trust of others.
People are three-dimensional and multi-faceted, and they are often more
emotional than rational, and so are customers. Ta can be interested in the
products you represent, but it is more about having a good impression of your
communication, lifestyle, aesthetic taste and values, so as to be willing to trust
your recommendation.
Communication requires sincerity, and the most fear is awkward chat. When you
feel uncomfortable, the other person will feel the same. Human-to-human
interaction is two-way, and one look and one expression are enough to betray
Cabin Crew blog:https://www.airflighthome.com/
58
your true thoughts.
Habitually let "create an atmosphere that makes the other person feel
comfortable" in mind. The other person likes to get along with you, often because
you make him feel relaxed and pressure-free. The other person likes to get along
with you, not how powerful you are. This is human nature.
12. Eight notes for online interviews
During the special period of the epidemic, offline recruitment has been cancelled,
and online recruitment has become the best choice for enterprises. Including
online recruitment methods such as video interviews, online signing and online
registration. Spring job fairs in many cities have also turned to online. At the same
time, many Internet recruitment platforms have also increased their investment in
online recruitment business.
Eight precautions for online interviews, let's take action and prepare in advance.
1) Video environment: A quiet, tidy and bright video environment is very
important. Whether you are conducting a video interview in your home lobby or
office room, a bright and clean background will be related to the recruiter's first
impression of you.
Cabin Crew blog:https://www.airflighthome.com/
59
2) Smooth signal: Repeatedly confirm relevant information, such as interview time,
process, materials to be prepared, interview platform, etc. Modify the
platform-related information in advance, upload a regular photo, and change the
user name to your real name to ensure that the interviewer can contact you in
time. Ensure that the network signal is unblocked, test headphones, microphones,
etc. in advance, and charge the laptop in advance to avoid sudden power outages.
At the beginning of the interview, you can politely ask the recruiter whether he
can see and hear you clearly.
3) Prepare a cheat sheet: The biggest advantage of a video interview is that you
can read the prompt draft or notes. The classic question types of online/offline
interviews are similar. Regarding self-introduction, work experience, personal
workplace case sharing, etc., you can do more exercises in advance and record
videos to adjust yourself. Put the cheat sheet on the phone/computer camera
during the interview, and use keywords to help memorize and focus on the
problem itself.
4) Makeup image: Makeup image standards are the same as offline interviews.
You can combine your job requirements to enhance your professional image and
show your personal temperament and charm.
Cabin Crew blog:https://www.airflighthome.com/
60
5) Expression management: Make eye contact and keep smiling. Look directly at
the camera instead of looking at the examiner on the screen, so as to produce the
effect of looking directly at the other person’s eyes. Keep the corners of your
mouth up, without a smile and positive interaction, you will look like a robot in
front of the screen.
6) Graceful sitting posture: Your posture should show a relaxed and engaged state.
You can lean forward a little bit, but don't get too close to the camera. Sit upright
and show respect for the recruiter and the importance of the interview.
7) Don't interrupt: If you can't hear the examiner's speech clearly, you can politely
ask the recruiter to repeat it, but don't interrupt it at will. This will make the
communication awkward.
After the other party finishes asking questions or statements, give yourself a small
amount of time to think about how to answer, and ask questions reasonably
about what you don't understand.
8) Grasp the rhythm: The online interview time is more compact, which requires

want recruiters thousands of miles away to recognize you in a short time, you

13.1Q&A about foreign airline interviews (1)
Some doubts about foreign airline interviews~
1) Qatar is not a city, but a country. Doha is the capital of Qatar (Doha), and it is
also a tourist city with modern style and Arabian characteristics. There are many
entry points, such as food culture and cultural differences.
Arabian date and Cafe Arabe are the most common local hospitality. The coffee
powder is mixed with cloves, cinnamon pieces, cardamom seeds, and then poured
into hot water to cook. When drinking Arabic coffee, you should hold the cup with
your right hand and the pot with your left hand, because this represents the
traditional concept of "the right is superior to the left."
Qatar Airways’ first-class welcome service includes Arabic coffee. CCs from various
countries have been trained to strictly abide by this etiquette to provide special
services, which is very interesting.
2) Excessive emphasis on how you care about other people's feelings can easily
Cabin Crew blog:https://www.airflighthome.com/
62
create the impression of being too sensitive and not confident enough. It is not
recommended. Your communication style and overall temperament tend to be
considerate and introverted, and the interview language should match the current
visual presentation of the examiner. No one is perfect, so don't have psychological
pressure on this topic.
You can refer to: My greatest weakness is that I tend to keep my problems to
myself and make others feel I am fine when I am not, but I've learnt that it causes
more harm than good. Everyone has problems and it is ok sometimes to share my
problems with my trusted friends.
3) Regarding the experience of asking about frustration/failure, the focus of such
questions is what you have gained in the process? What are the positive effects?
The case topic can be anything that touches your heart. , The triggering emotion is
sadness, discouragement, grievance or regret, what actions do you use to ease,
adjust or make up? If there is no impressive or positive story, it is not worth
sharing.
Unwary language and unthinking content make the examiner very disgusted.
13.2Foreign Airlines Interview Q&A (2)
Cabin Crew blog:https://www.airflighthome.com/
63
4) For the case that shows your team spirit, you can have the following answer
ideas, and make a good positioning based on your own case:
Idea 1: Strive to help each other. (A case that reflects collaboration and
cooperation)
Idea 2: Feel happy and take pride in each other’s achievements.
Idea 3: Be innovative with new ideas. (Talking about the contribution of personal
innovation ability to the team)
5) The success of QR and the reason why QR attracts you are complementary
content. The bottom-level assessment logic is your interview motivation and basic
understanding of the airline.
6)In the face of medical emergencies (such as passenger sickness/injury, etc.), CC
needs to show professionalism and empathy, soothe the passengers as soon as
possible, and accompany them (observe the symptoms and ask whether the
passengers are carrying medicines themselves? Have a medical history? Do you
have a history of allergies?) Broadcast to contact a doctor or nurse, contact a
colleague for support, and report to the flight attendant & captain. If the condition
is confirmed, drugs can be given on board.
Cabin Crew blog:https://www.airflighthome.com/
64
7)Culture difference /Culture sensitive/Culture specific
Both can be understood as cultural differences and the peculiarities of different
cultures, with the same meaning.
8)It should be "True wisdom comes from experience". This is a proverb that
means "The true wisdom of life comes from experience". It should be a question
for the re-examination and there is no standard answer.
Experience comes from constant experimentation, giving yourself the opportunity
to try and make more efforts.
You can share any short stories that sum up your experience after trying, such as
persisting in learning English, living alone overseas, facing work challenges, etc.
We must always be observant, sensitive, and futuristic. We must not hesitate
taking action with caution.Be Brave
Every examinee must master the basic knowledge of foreign aviation assessment
logic, upgrade their interview thinking, and truly find a breakthrough.
14.1Respond to the scene and say goodbye to embarrassment: All English
interview instructions (1)
Cabin Crew blog:https://www.airflighthome.com/
65
In an all-English interview, the candidate’s ability to communicate and interact is
particularly critical. Recently, Sprint did a lot of simulation exercises for the
trainees to sprint for foreign airlines interviews, and felt that they lacked the
ability in this area.
Many candidates have preset "interview script" in their hearts, and once they
don't follow the routine, they will be confused. There is still a gap between the
actual interview scene and the description of the online experience, and the
situation varies from person to person, so you cannot copy it.
Whether it is a free communication session or the end of an interview, different
scenes, or even an awkward situation, it is necessary to show a decent expression
as much as possible.
Let’s share with you the on-the-spot response and English expression of four
common interview scenarios!
【scene 1】
Ask carefully when you don’t hear clearly or understand the question, don’t be
nervous-the interviewer will not embarrass you.
I'm sorry I didn't hear that clearly. May I ask you to repeat it, please?
Cabin Crew blog:https://www.airflighthome.com/
66
I beg your pardon. I don't understand your question.
【Scene 2】
When the interviewer did not understand or misunderstood your answer, give a
proper explanation, don’t panic, and don’t dare to say it.
Excuse me. I guess I’m not making myself clear. May I explain further?
May I try to explain myself in another way.
14.2 Responding on the spot, bidding farewell to embarrassment: What you
need to know about the English interview (2)
【Scene 3】
If the answer is affirmed by the interviewer, give a decent gratitude and express
your determination and attitude to continue working hard.
Thank you for your compliment. I am far from perfect. I will continue to work
hard in the future.
【Scene 4】

At the end of the exam, you can express that you and the interviewers are very
happy to communicate. Don't be shy, express your wish for admission, after all,
you are not here for the interview purely for chat.
Thanks for your talking with me,Miss yaoying.
If my application is successful, I assure you that I would make every effort to be
worthy of the confidence you may place in me. Thank you very much.
I'll expect your notification. Thank you very much.
15.1 How to present safety awareness in foreign airline interviews? (1)
In the early morning of March 8, 2014, Malaysia Airlines flight MH370 flew from
Kuala Lumpur to Beijing.
239 passengers and 154 compatriots have yet to arrive. For seven full years, we
have never forgotten.
The attention of flight safety has once again been pushed to the forefront. Airline
interviews will also ask questions about everyone's safety awareness. Babies
should be prepared!
Analysis of high-frequency real questions in foreign airline interviews.
Do you think that Security, Safety and Service are very important in flight work. If
you want to choose one of them, which one do you think is the most important?
Cabin Crew blog:https://www.airflighthome.com/
68
There are two words with similar meanings in this question, "Security" and
"Safety", which are easy to confuse everyone and cause many candidates to have
poor words.
Indeed, they both have the literal meaning of "safety", but their meanings are
quite different!
"Security" is more macro, when it comes to "Sense of security"
This "sense of security" can be described as a sense of psychological stability
brought about by a stable income or a loyal partner.
"Safety" is more specific. When it comes to "Sense of safety", this "sense of
safety" can describe the feelings of good public security in the community you live
in.
To give an example: Just like people struggling in a foreign land may not have
"Sense of security", and Syria's rich people may not have "Sense of safety".
In flight work, the crew often mentioned "Cabin Safety" and "Cabin Security", and
the meanings are quite different!
"Cabin Safety" mainly means that crew members have passed system training,
reasonable design of cabin facilities and equipment, etc., to ensure the safety of
the crew and passengers, and prevent accidents, damage, casualties, etc.
unintentionally caused by themselves.
For example, when the cabin safety indicator lights up, the crew members remind
passengers to wear seat belts to avoid accidental injuries caused by turbulence.
Cabin Crew blog:https://www.airflighthome.com/
69
And "Cabin Security" includes the content of the "Safety" scope, and also covers
the meaning of preventing and resisting the intentional threats/damages of
outsiders/enemy, causing accidents, damage, and casualties.
For example, the flight attendants must do a comprehensive cabin safety check
(often called Pre-FlightCheck) before the flight takes off. This includes inspections
of all facilities and equipment such as seats, fire extinguishers, medical oxygen
cylinders and other equipment are in normal use, luggage Whether the rack is
placed with suspicious unknown items.
15.2 How to present safety awareness in foreign airline interviews? (2)
Let's continue to talk about interview questions about aviation safety ❤
❤Many candidates have a headache. When faced with the examiner's question of
"Which is the most important Security, Safety and Service" question, it is really
difficult to choose, and they are afraid of answering wrongly. How to do?
In fact, the examiner does not require candidates to make a comprehensive
analysis of the meaning of "Security", "Safety" or "Service", but to understand the
candidates' understanding of the aviation industry and flight service work through
these questions, hoping to reflect the industry's essentials Security awareness.
Cabin Crew blog:https://www.airflighthome.com/
70
I hope everyone understands that this kind of question is by no means a
multiple-choice question, but gives you the opportunity to present a sense of
service and safety! ! !
Everyone is not to force themselves to choose, but to tell the examiner to
understand the relationship between the three, and express their complementary
understanding.
The last article also analyzed the meaning of "Security" and "Safety" in detail. They
and "Service" are complementary. We can try to incorporate these three "S" into
the answer in the interview.
Come and come, you can organize the answer content of this type of question to
make the examiner shine! !
Security is one of the major factors that all cabin crew have to take very
seriously on a daily basis.
It is our responsibility not only to keep ourselves safe, but we are also
responsible for the welfare of the passengers and the safety of the aircraft and
crew.
Cabin Crew blog:https://www.airflighthome.com/
71
It ensures that the cabin product and service is designed and delivered to the
customer as safely as possible.
Safety assurance is the prerequisite for achieving high-quality services,
highlighting your own safety awareness and anti-risk awareness, you will get a
score.
May our experience on every part of the voyage be wonderful, and every take-off
and landing will be safe.
16.1 A necessary course for foreign airlines interview: confident professional
image creation skills (1)
Whether it is an interview or the workplace, having a professional image is
essential.
Image is not only about dressing up, but also about words and deeds. An
examinee or professional person who has a professional image as a whole can
often show just the right amount of self-confidence and attract attention.
There is a small difference between being confident and showing a professional
image, as well as being considered arrogant or even considered "Miss Know-it-all".
Cabin Crew blog:https://www.airflighthome.com/
72
Many people misunderstand "confidence" as "high-profile", aiming to show the
highest degree of self-confidence, with the little thought of "you are good, and I
am not bad". Behave "excessively" when facing a boss, partner or interviewer,
being rude and not knowing it.
Many friends talked about the stories with their ex in the interview, and they
came to "My Ex-boyfriend..." when they met. They spoke quickly, and if they
spoke more, they could seize opportunities and race against time; communication
was mostly self-centered. Striving to create a perfect set of characters... The result
was disappointing for the examiner.
So, is it possible to talk about personal matters in the interview? How to race
against time for interview conversations? What are the precautions for
communicating with the examiner?
First, about whether you can talk about personal matters.
Friends, please remember the golden rule of interview conversation: be frank but
not too honest. Unless the other party actively mentions related emotional topics,
don't take the initiative to spread dog food or pick up sad love songs. The same
applies to business occasions or more formal social occasions.
Cabin Crew blog:https://www.airflighthome.com/
73
Be sure to think twice before you speak. You can share personal information, but
don't say too much, and pay special attention not to say too early. Lack of
language sense is not conducive to shaping a professional image.
Secondly, it's about the way of expression.
The interviewer hopes to see a true temperament candidate, "being yourself"
does not mean ignoring the other person's feelings. A person who really knows
how to communicate must first learn to listen. Listen to the other person's
intonation, speed, vocabulary, turns, etc., and then adjust your voice to match the
other person.
In other words, everyone needs to cooperate with the interviewer's speaking
speed in communication and use the other party's initial vocabulary. When the
interviewer speaks slowly and gracefully, and you are an acute child, slow down a
bit to match the speed and vocabulary of the other person, otherwise the
communication between the two parties will immediately feel out of sync at the
beginning of the meeting.
When the interviewer uses "Singapore Girl" to describe a new airline passenger,
then you should not use "Cabin Crew" and be as close as possible to the other
person, instead of recite the answer.
Cabin Crew blog:https://www.airflighthome.com/
74
English is the second language of Chinese candidates. Interviewers will expect to
hear accents, dialect habits, and imperfect expressions, and they will be tolerant.
But the clarity of pronunciation, the rigor of using words, the enthusiasm of
emotional vitality, the grasp of pause, these are all important.
Many candidates are vague or anxious to finish speaking, and the quality of the
dialogue is directly reduced. How can the interviewer give recognition?
People hire or choose partners are people they like and trust. The other party
needs to know you before they can trust you.
It is a skill to grasp a comfortable way of expression and make yourself worthy of
being liked and trusted.
16.2 A necessary course for foreign airline interviews: confident professional
image creation skills (2)
Third, about creating the most pleasing persona.
In the interview, we have to show a willingness to learn and cooperate with others,
and we have to be a little humble. When talking with the examiner, when
Cabin Crew blog:https://www.airflighthome.com/
75
introducing yourself, when sharing stories and cases, think about:
Do you pay attention to your body language and facial expressions? Do you know
how to create a communication atmosphere?
Did you attend the interview with a happy and anticipating mood? Is it sincere
enough to look into the other person’s eyes?
The image you show is the kind of "down-to-earth" person who always shows
respect for fine work, or is it an attitude of self-conceit and supremacy? Can you
use collective language and powerful expressions flexibly, such as "we" instead of
"me", "I believe" instead of "I think"?
Returning to our topic at the beginning, you can get offers from many competitors
with the same qualifications, and get promotion opportunities or cooperation
opportunities. The reason is you. The confidence that you radiate when you walk
into the door is admirable, and it's also a trait that interviewers are looking for.
You are the person with a certain factor, and the unspeakable favor is you.
Quantifying these degrees of affection is what Si likes to study most, including
manners, dress, positive energy and enthusiasm, attitude of "I can" beliefs and
personal style, etc., can be adjusted to be truly attractive.
Cabin Crew blog:https://www.airflighthome.com/
76
This is a Whole Package, and every detail is an opportunity to present itself.
What is self-confidence is by no means a bluff, nor is it a high-profile Know it all.
The following passage is exactly the core of what Si wants to express:
“Confidence is all about projecting positive energy, a positive mental spirit, and
a positive attitude. Confidence comes from within. Anyone can project an air of
confidence.“
Confidence comes from inner confidence and from all-round preparation.
17.1The most critical factor for a successful foreign airline interview (I)
In the past, in Qatar Airways, the HR department was full of global candidate data.
These countless resumes and photos looked like a few hills from a distance. After
being selected by the headquarters, the addition of new faces has kept the
training building full of excitement. Hundreds of newcomers join the flight every
two weeks, and these candidates from all over the world are all carefully selected
elites.
Compared with the crowded training building, the number of recruits for each
recruitment in China by Foreign Airlines is not large, and the recent recruitments

have repeatedly reached new lows.
As a flight attendant of a foreign airline, even though I was still flying at the time
and loved flying, I often wondered: How did I successfully pass the Qatar Airways
interview, and how did I get to where I am today?
Through the follow-up survey of the trainees, combined with my own situation
and interviews with flying colleagues around me, I have summarized the four most
critical factors for successfully passing the foreign airline interview. They are:
1. Excellent appearance conditions and English ability;
2. Basic dream start-up capital;
3. The right time for interview;
4. Strong execution and clear positioning of flight attendant career planning.
Among the first four points, "excellent appearance conditions and English ability"
is a good stepping stone, even if there are slight shortcomings, it can be overcome
by correct methods. Nearly height can be improved by stretching exercises;
irregular teeth can be corrected; makeup skills and clothing matching can be
Cabin Crew blog:https://www.airflighthome.com/
78
learned; poor English can be improved... There are always more ways than
problems;
"Basic dream start-up funds" are necessary, used to invest in interview necessities,
or to participate in courses, or fly to other places to apply for employment, so that
there is a basic economic support for the realization of dreams;
"The right time for interview" includes interview age, physical or mental state,
on-site performance, admission rate, etc., which will all affect whether the ideal
goal can be achieved in the end.
The survey found that "strong execution and clear positioning of flight attendant
career planning" is the most critical factor in achieving flying dreams through
interviews.
.
What is "execution"?
Countless young people who are pursuing flying seem to have excellent
appearance conditions and English ability, basic dream start-up funds and the
right interview time, but in the end they fail. What went wrong that made flying
dreams die?
Cabin Crew blog:https://www.airflighthome.com/
79
17.2The most critical factor for a successful foreign airline interview (2)
What is "execution"?
Countless young people who are pursuing flying seem to have excellent
appearance conditions and English ability, basic dream start-up funds and the
right interview time, but in the end they fail. The main reason is the lack of
execution and the vacillation of one's own career plan. I thought I was working
hard, but I didn't find the right direction. As a result, the harder I tried, the more
depressed I was, and my psychological defense collapsed in the face of
better-quality and strategic competitors.
A friend of mine, 27 years old, a northern girl, is a curriculum consultant for an
English organization. She has good conditions, but she is not confident. With all
my encouragement, she only plucked up the courage to attend the interview in
the fourth month after the course. The interview at Emirates Airline stopped at
Final. Only this time, she gave up. She said that there are many voices in her heart,
maybe she is not suitable, maybe she should get married and have children, and
don't want to try again.
I found that if I have a career plan to be a flight attendant, I must also have the
Cabin Crew blog:https://www.airflighthome.com/
80
courage and hard work. If the first interview is unsuccessful, you must actively
analyze the reasons and prepare for the second interview. If the original mentality
is not firm and unwilling to face the true self, no matter how good the teacher is,
there is nothing he can do.
I remember on the eve of university graduation, I met a senior in Singapore
Airlines. She shared many travel anecdotes and flying experiences with me. She
accidentally asked: "Your personality is too suitable for the flight attendant career.
Have you considered flying?" So I started to pay attention to the career direction
of foreign airlines, and this job has brought people more and more people. A
sense of accomplishment and a unique lifestyle.
During the exam preparation period, I took special care to understand the real
needs of foreign airlines and the conditions that must be met to become a foreign
airline passenger, set target airlines, learn from previous generations, and even
made a flight plan. As an English major, in addition to focusing on strengthening
oral English, I also take into account the second foreign study. Of course, the
service industry-related work experience accumulated in the past has given me a
great advantage.
I remember that during the first test, the examiner saw me and said: "Please turn
around." I was a little puzzled, but smiled and slowly turned around. She then
Cabin Crew blog:https://www.airflighthome.com/
81
asked: "Is your hair color so dark by nature?" I said, "Thank you. This is a gift from
my mother, because my mother's hair is very beautiful. I also like black, so I never
want to dye it." Smiled and said, "I like it too."
I deeply feel the flexibility of foreign airlines interviews, and there is no use in
memorizing answers rigidly. My hair color and natural reaction turned out to be
an advantage.
From preparation to interview, it takes about half a year. I enjoy the process of
getting close to the flight, it is hard work but I have a lot of motivation.
At the time of my interview, my college classmates had fallen and got up many
times on the interview road, and laughed at themselves "a little girl is a senior
face fighter." She used her free time to continue to add value and happily turned
Impossible into Possible. Until I was flying for two years, she finally got an offer
from the UAE Airlines.
For two whole 365 days, not everyone was willing to devote such energy and time,
but she did.
17.3The most critical factors for the success of foreign airline interviews (3)
Cabin Crew blog:https://www.airflighthome.com/
82
Several times, at different foreign airlines interview sites, I repeatedly met several
candidates. They are full of enthusiasm, walking in different cities with suitcases,
fighting for their dreams: today at the Singapore Airlines site, tomorrow at the
Emirates site; this month Lufthansa interview, next month Qaq Airlines interview.
Once, the initial test resume delivery was over at 2 o'clock in the afternoon, and
they arrived before 1 o'clock. No change of clothes, no makeup, and abruptly
introducing himself. Later, the interview result remained the same: failed.
The spirit of not giving up is moving, but this persistence of not letting oneself
breathe is not exactly the "execution" I want to admire. I hope everyone will fight
prepared.
The real execution ability is to face your own shortcomings, talk to yourself,
actively analyze the reasons and solve the problems. Is it because your English
listening is not good enough, and you have not grasped the ideas behind the
examiner's questions, perhaps it is simply because your language is showing a
problem. Each of the above needs time to settle to improve, and the execution
can make the greatest contribution in the process: it forces you to practice, learn
and work hard.
Sometimes, foreign airline interviews are like this society, very impetuous,
Cabin Crew blog:https://www.airflighthome.com/
83
requiring a strong heart and learning to forgive to gain recognition.
Previously, the student looked for me on the Internet and said that she was
anxious and at a loss after hearing the news that EK might postpone recruitment
indefinitely. So, we chatted, and the general conversation is as follows:
A: My heart is only EK. It feels like looking for a boyfriend, you have to feel it. I
didn't know EK at the beginning, I never thought about being a flight attendant.
Me: EK is very popular, which means that the competition is fierce. You must be
better than 99% of people. If you are stubbornly obliged to EK, you do not need to
participate in other aviation interviews. However, you need to consider: Flying is a
profession, and other foreign airlines can also give you excellent development
space and life vision. As for career planning, stubbornness is not necessarily a
good thing. Life is a long way, so look at the long-term.
Ask yourself: If EK comes tomorrow, are you ready? If EK comes back in two years,
will you wait? Can other foreign airlines not realize your flying dream? What state
do you want? Needless to say, EK is indeed great, but it does not mean that other
foreign airlines are not good. In terms of professional training for high-end
services in the aviation industry, Singapore Airlines and Qatar Airways are among
the best and you can work hard.
Cabin Crew blog:https://www.airflighthome.com/
84
A: I feel my vision is too small and I think too much. When you asked me what
my goal was just now, you really knocked me down. I want a vision and
development space, this is what I really want!
Me: Calm down and arrange your own career planning and positioning, so that
you can really get close to the state you want.
The bottlenecks and failures encountered in foreign airline interviews will make us
more deeply feel the gap between ourselves and our goals and realize our
shortcomings. These simple perceptions cannot change anything. If you still
blindly bump into the interview, it's just a toss.
When you have strong execution and a clear positioning of the profession, you are
not far from flying.
18.1Exclusively revealing the real situation of foreign airlines|The ideals and
reality of international flight attendants (I)
In the past every pre-flight meeting, senior flight attendants like to make fun of
newcomers: "Everyone, do you remember how you prepared to answer that
gorgeous answer from the examiner during the interview?" Yes, when you are
Cabin Crew blog:https://www.airflighthome.com/
85
fighting your old life, When you sharpen your head and want to squeeze into this
industry, the answers you say often don't match reality, or even a bit weird.
Remember that the most frequently asked questions in foreign airline interviews
are:
Why do you want to be an international flight attendant?
“Why you choose to be a cabin crew in this international airline?”
Over the years, I have been teaching my friends how to face the interviews of
foreign airlines, and I have seen all kinds of strange or reliable answers. These
answers may also be the "initial intention" of the babies who want to be flight
attendants. But I believe that after more than half of my friends retired like me,
looking back at their original answer, they can't help but laugh...
Let's take a look at the four most common answers and the "skinny comparison
chart" of real flying life~

Foreign airlines, non-domestic airlines, are generally airlines whose native language is non-English speaking countries. The foreign airlines mentioned in this book generally refer to Qatar Airways. About interview experience skills? The recruitment requirements and rules of each airline in each country are different, and the rules often change, and the interview questions will often change. There are some interview questions that must be met. Passing the interview has a certain probability. Only if you improve your professionalism and comprehensive quality can you pass the airline interview with a high probability and get an offer. The guest of this book is an old friend of mine for more than ten years. She has worked for Emirates Airlines for many years and was the best flight attendant in the world, flying around 120 countries. She is my best friend, flying around the world in more than 120 countries. I spent a month interviewing her and sorting out our conversations, so I have this book.
  • 5. Cabin Crew blog:https://www.airflighthome.com/ 5 If you have any questions about this book or don't understand, you can contact me, welcome to ask questions, I will study and correct it carefully. I wish every friend who reads a book can become the most beautiful and outstanding flight attendant, flight attendant. Foreword: How to be a qualified flight attendant? 1. Flight attendant's appearance It refers to aspects such as a person's appearance, posture, clothing and personal hygiene. It is the appearance of the mental outlook of a flight attendant. Because people have different personalities and temperaments, different internal accomplishments, and different behavior habits, each person has a good cultural literacy, profound knowledge, and profound thinking ability as the core, forming an extraordinary temperament. A good demeanor takes a long time to cultivate and exercise. Especially as a qualified flight attendant, you need to strengthen your cultural quality, cultivate your own personality and self-cultivation in the long-term flight, and combine the external beauty and the internal The combination of beautiful beauty forms the temperament of a stewardess. The most basic requirement of a man's face is to develop a good habit of shaving every day. 2. Lady's face requirements
  • 6. Cabin Crew blog:https://www.airflighthome.com/ 6 (1) . When performing flight tasks, flight attendants should make elegant, fresh and natural makeup. Some simple makeup methods are: Clean the skin with cleansing cream first; Use foundation cream to improve the complexion of the face; For eye makeup, start with the eyelids and apply eye shadow powder below the fold line of the eyelids from the inner corner to the outer corner of the eye. Use a soft color such as lavender or brown. Finally, use a sponge ball to spread out the edge of the eye shadow powder. To appear soft. Use an eyeliner to draw an eyeliner under the eyebrows that is in harmony with the eye shadow, then use a dark brown, gray or black eyeliner to lightly make a dotted line at the root of the upper eyebrow, and then use a small damp brush to brush these imaginary dots into a soft line Of the line. Apply brown or black mascara to the ends of the eyelashes, first from the inside to the outside, and then from the bottom to the top. When applying rouge, smile at the mirror before applying rouge, apply the rouge on the raised areas of the cheeks, and then gently pat the corners of the eyes with your fingers. This will produce a similar natural ruddy effect. Work makeup must not be heavy, and lipstick must not be too bright red. You should pay attention to make-up at any time during the flight, so as to give passengers a full mental state. (2) Air hostesses should pay attention to hygiene issues during face modification, and carefully maintain the health of the face to prevent frequent pimple or acne
  • 7. Cabin Crew blog:https://www.airflighthome.com/ 7 on the face due to personal inadequacy of hygiene. (3) Pay attention to the local modification of the face, keep the eyebrows, corners of the eyes, ears, and nose clean, and don't blow your nose or dig your ears in public. (4) Pay attention to oral hygiene, insist on brushing and washing teeth, and refrain from eating flavourful food the day before boarding the plane. (5) Pay attention to the beautification of the hands, keep your hands and fingernails clean at all times, and develop a good habit of washing your hands frequently, especially after you enter the bathroom on the plane, you must wash your hands frequently, and keep your hands moisturized. The part is soft, and you should develop a good habit of cutting your nails frequently. Don't leave your nails too long, which will give travelers a sense of unhygienic. 3. Clothing Clothing is the external packaging of the human body, which includes clothes, trousers, skirts, caps, socks, gloves and various clothing. Clothing is a silent language, which embodies a person's personality, identity, self-cultivation and psychological state, and directly represents a person's character. Flight attendants must pay attention to personal clothing, which is related to the personal image and the image of the airline. Therefore, flight attendants must abide by the airline's clothing regulations on the plane, and they must dress in accordance with the regulations during the flight. Air hostesses should keep their work clothes clean and tidy when they are wearing work clothes. They should iron their work

Work clothes are not allowed to appear full of wrinkles, broken, stains, dirt, odors, and clean and tidy clothes will be given to passengers. Brings a fresh and comfortable feeling. How to be a qualified stewardess-stewardess professional ethics Aircraft cabin service is an important part of civil aviation transportation services, which directly reflects the service quality of airlines. In the fierce aviation market competition, the image and work attitude of flight attendants who directly serve passengers play a vital role in the airlines' occupation of the market and winning more repeat customers. Elegance, dignity, beauty, and generosity are people's unanimous recognition of flight attendants, but the previous standards alone are far from qualified for the profession of flight attendants. The most important thing for flight attendants is to have considerable professional ethics. As a qualified flight attendant, what does the professional ethics include? 1 . First of all, you must love your own job. The love for flight attendants’ work is not temporary. When your ideal life of flight attendants is broken by hard work in reality, you can continue to be proactive, enthusiastic, considerate, courteous, serious and responsible, diligent, hardworking, and work hard. . 2 . Have a strong service concept and sense of service. In the fierce market competition, the level of service quality determines whether an enterprise can survive, and the core of market competition is actually service competition. Civil
  • 9. Cabin Crew blog:https://www.airflighthome.com/ 9 aviation companies are most concerned about passengers and cargo owners. If they want to win passengers in the market competition, they must improve their service awareness and service concept. The sense of service is gradually formed after training. Consciousness is a kind of thought, a kind of conscious action, and cannot be maintained by rules. It must be melted into every flight attendant's outlook on life and become a conscious thought. 3. Have a hard-working spirit. In people’s eyes, flight attendants are an enviable profession flying around in the air, but in actual work they have to bear the hard work that people would never think of. The difference in jet lag when flying on long-distance routes, and the difference in work for various passengers flying on domestic routes. Difficulties and special situations encountered in the process will happen at any time. Without the spirit of hard work, you can't bear the pressure of work and can't do service work well. 4. Enthusiastic and cheerful character. The job of a stewardess is a job that directly interacts with people. Every day, she has to contact thousands of passengers on the plane, so she needs to communicate with the passengers at any time. Without a cheerful personality, she can't do this job. 5. Study business knowledge diligently. As a flight attendant, she not only serves tea and water on the plane, but also needs to master a lot of knowledge. For
  • 10. Cabin Crew blog:https://www.airflighthome.com/ 10 example, our flight is to the United States today. Our flight attendant must first grasp the national profile and human geography of Beijing and the United States. , Politics, economy, countries, cities, rivers, mountains and historical sites that the flight routes fly over. Also master aircraft equipment, emergency handling, in-flight service procedures and service skills, etc. It can be said that flight attendants must understand astronomy and geography, and they must master various service skills and service concepts. They must have not only beautiful external beauty, but also rich internal beauty. 6. Learn to speak. Language itself represents the attributes of each person. A person's growth environment will affect everyone's speaking habits. As a flight attendant, you must learn the art of speaking. Different service languages often result in different service results. An air hostess has to master different speaking skills, such as: speaking skills to elderly passengers, speaking skills to child passengers, speaking skills to special passengers, speaking skills to passengers who are tantrums, speaking skills to important passengers, and speaking to first-class passengers. The speaking skills of passengers who take a flight at a time, and the speaking skills of service when the flight is abnormal. In our service, often because of one sentence, it will bring different results to our service work. A pleasant language will bring many repeat customers to the airline; or because of your nasty remark, the passenger will never take the plane of this airline again; he may also tell other passengers what happened to him, so he is offended One passenger may be equivalent to offending ten or hundreds of passengers. • 11. Cabin Crew blog:https://www.airflighthome.com/ 11 example, when a flight attendant provides a meal service for passengers on a flight, there are two kinds of hot food for passengers to choose from for the meal on the flight, but when the meal is served to a certain passenger, the kind of food he wants is just gone. Our flight attendant is very enthusiastic. The first-class cabin found a meal and delivered it to the passenger, saying, "I'm so sorry, but I just sent you a meal after the extra first-class cabin." When the passenger heard it, he was very upset and said: "I can't eat anything in the first-class cabin? I won't eat it either." Because she couldn't speak, the stewardess's kindness did not get the passengers' thanks, but instead made the passengers unhappy. If our flight attendant said: "I'm so sorry, the meal you want just runs out, but please rest assured that I will try to help you solve it." At this time, you can go to the first class to see if there are extra meals for passengers to choose from. After you get the meal, when you deliver it to the passengers, you can say something like this: "Look, I will provide you with first-class meals. I hope you will like it. Welcome you to take our airline again next time. I will definitely First of all, please choose our meal, and I will be very willing to serve you.” The same meal, but a different sentence, has brought different results. This is the art of speaking. As a qualified flight attendant, speaking is really important. As a qualified stewardess, how can she form
  • 12. Cabin Crew blog:https://www.airflighthome.com/ 12 her own image characteristics? First of all, the professional image of a flight attendant is gradually learned and developed in daily life. You can't expect to train yourself into an outstanding flight attendant after a few days of class. The purpose of learning etiquette is to establish and shape the image of flight attendants, which includes both external and internal content, including the improvement of quality, the beauty and ugliness of the soul. External improvements include appearance, language behavior, etc. The external image as the manifestation of internal quality is based on internal quality. Therefore, only by strengthening one's own self-cultivation can we achieve "internal wisdom and external show" and truly establish the image of a flight attendant. 1. Aviation etiquette Aviation service etiquette is a code of conduct, which refers to the code of conduct that flight attendants should abide by in the service work on the plane. It specifically refers to the various service links of the flight attendants in the cabin service. There is a whole set of stewardess's code of conduct for communication, including meals, delivery of beverages, and special services for special passengers. The significance of learning aviation etiquette lies in: 1 . Help improve the personal qualities of flight attendants; 2 . Contribute to respect for passengers; 3. Contribute to improving the service quality and service level of airlines;
  • 13. Cabin Crew blog:https://www.airflighthome.com/ 13 4. Contribute to shaping the overall image of the airline; 5. Help improve the economic and social benefits of enterprises. As a flight attendant, you must first master the etiquette of aviation service in order to do a good job of service. A flight attendant is a person who directly contacts and serves passengers. As the saying goes: "You won't have a second chance to make a good first impression." This first impression is very important to a flight attendant. A passenger may take an airplane once in his life, and your first impression will always remain in his heart, so mastering aviation etiquette is very important for a qualified flight attendant. Language and etiquette: As the saying goes, "A good word is warm in winter, and bad language hurts cold in June", it can be seen that whether the language is used properly and whether it is in accordance with etiquette will produce completely different effects. In daily life, people use language to talk, express ideas, communicate information, and exchange feelings, so as to achieve the purpose of establishing, adjusting, and developing interpersonal relationships. A person’s speech is an important indicator of a person’s character. (1) The manner of speech. Whether you are a speaker or a listener, you must be full of energy when you talk, with a natural and generous expression and a pleasant appearance, with gentle eyes, and face the other person squarely.
  • 14. Cabin Crew blog:https://www.airflighthome.com/ 14 (2) Choice of topic. First of all, we must choose topics that are of interest to the other party, such as topics related to aviation, how high the plane flies, the landmarks of the route we fly over, and issues that need to be paid attention to during the flight. (3) The performance of the speaker. When the stewardess talks with passengers, the language should be accurate, complete meaning, soft voice, friendly intonation, and moderate speed. At the same time, you must take care of the emotions and moods of the passengers, and you must not talk endlessly by yourself. You must also leave a chance for the passengers to talk and communicate with each other. (4) Be a patient listener. When talking with passengers, pay attention to listening to the passengers' speech patiently, and react positively to the content of the conversation to show your sincerity, such as nodding, smiling or simply repeating the content of the passenger's conversation. At the same time, proper praise is essential, it can make the conversation atmosphere more relaxed and friendly. How to be a qualified flight attendant-flight attendant interview skills 1. If the candidates describe in their resumes that they have served in physical management positions, but did not reflect in the interview process, the examiner will suspect: you have exaggerated again, at best you are an ordinary member. You must know that leadership is an ability that Foreign Airlines attaches great importance to. 4) Can not withstand in-depth inquiry, lack of specific examples Many candidates are worried about the final part, and they have to be alone with the examiner. It is inevitable to give examples of personal experiences and accept in-depth cross-examination of the content of the resume. The situation does not match. For the direction of answering questions, be sure to win this sub-question! 9. The five preparatory themes for the classic compulsory exam 【Foreign airline interviews cannot be rigidly applied: the only "routine" is to systematically sort out knowledge points, obtain efficient test preparation methods, and then master general interview skills. 】 So much good news came, which once again aroused everyone’s inner longing for flying, and many sisters were also nervous and confused in their hearts: unfamiliar with foreign aviation interviews, unknown flying jobs, and because of the different airlines recruiting, the interview process And the assessment method has its own characteristics, and it is difficult to grasp the key even if the tactics of the question sea or the interview of the face sutra. The more prepared, the more messy, the greater the psychological pressure, all of them are asking: "I have never participated in an interview with Singapore Airlines. How do I

"What questions will appear in foreign airline interviews? How to efficiently prepare for the exam?" The above is a topic that every examinee is concerned about, and it is also a high-frequency question that Sri Lanka has to answer for everyone in every course. Many candidates have similar comprehensive qualities and spend the same time preparing. However, some people stop moving forward. Even though they have spent many years in various interviews and consume money and energy, they can hardly get a satisfactory result; while some people have succeeded in one or several interviews, and even got two or three flights. Company's Offer. Everyone will have a big question mark in their hearts: Why? why it's not me? ! ! Regardless of the fact that Goddess of Luck cannot take care of everyone in the sun, candidates with a high chance of success will undoubtedly combine the
  • 46. Cabin Crew blog:https://www.airflighthome.com/ 46 following two aspects: 1) Persevere and work hard; 2) Correct preparation direction. Flying is not easy, but it is definitely not out of reach. Airlines are different, but they have many commonalities. The seemingly large number of assessment questions and the ever-changing interview process often involve only a few topics, and they are always changing. [Many heads of HR and Cabin Crew departments of Foreign Airlines often feel that candidates are unable to grasp the main points of the interview when interviewing, including in the classroom, and blind spots are endless. 】 For example, the candidate backs down the information about the airlines who bought several new aircraft on what day of the month, but does not know what the service concept of the target airline company is to convey to the customer, and how it will be reflected in the in-flight/ground service. You know, the examinee’s service awareness is what the examiner is interested in, and those cold numbers have little meaning;
  • 47. Cabin Crew blog:https://www.airflighthome.com/ 47 For another example, when it comes to self-introduction, many sisters tend to repeat the resume information mechanically, and tell the examiner "flying is my dream". The dreamy atmosphere is strong, and the inability to land is even more boring and boring. Everyone seems to have forgotten that the purpose throughout the interview is 100% Sell Yourself! Self-introduction is actually self-promotion. In this part, you need to find your own advantages that impress the examiner in an instant, and express it in a down-to-earth manner to have a memory point; During the interview, many English majors also faced a sudden embarrassment. The interview information that I was familiar with was hard to tell in English. In addition to the lack of English for foreign airline interviews, perhaps they have not done enough attentiveness. Everyone knows Burj Al Arab in Dubai, Islam in the Middle East, black robes for women in Doha, and burgundy uniforms of Qatar Airways... But how do you express it in English? This part is no longer a question of English proficiency, but a blind spot in preparation information (after all, the Burj Al Arab Jumeirah is an Arab baby, and the local name is Burj Al Arab Jumeirah, so don’t call it The Ship Hotel). 【Without the correct thinking and direction for exam preparation, countless blind spots are of course inevitable. If you also have the above distress, the most important thing is to slow down and spend some energy to find a way. Only by clearing the fog, can we prepare for the interview in a real sense. 】

Usually in the Meet and Greet link, the airline will play various promotional videos to allow candidates to further understand the corporate culture and the working and living atmosphere of the flight attendants. This part of the content will also be involved in the interview process. . You can check the airline's official website or pay attention to the airline's dynamics in advance to get a comprehensive understanding of the target airline. Classic compulsory exam theme 5:Scenario Based Questions It is one of the characteristics of foreign airlines interviews that the examiner asks questions based on a certain/a certain hypothetical situation, and all major airlines like to use this type of question. Every time Si talked about this chapter and related content, the friends were excited to brainstorm. To answer related questions perfectly will also test everyone's resilience and personal emotional intelligence. This type of question is not necessarily directly related to flying life or cabin work scenes. It is often asked in the context of everyone's work experience or the normal state of the service industry. What does a typical hypothetical situational question look like? Here is a chestnut:
  • 54. Cabin Crew blog:https://www.airflighthome.com/ 54 Your shift is currently short staffed and everyone has been asked to take turns working extra hours to help out. You've already worked late once this week, but a coworker called in sick and now your supervisor is asking if you can fill in. You have plans with friends after work. How would you respond? The above scenario should be the norm for many domestic office workers: due to the shortage of staff in the job position, you have overdrawn and worked overtime, and you are overworked. Now the colleague is sick and unable to work, and the boss seeks your support. However, you and your friend have an appointment. Not only is there a conflict of time, but also a conflict between work and life. How will you deal with it? Through this question, the candidate’s current reaction and answer will truly reflect how she handles Work & Life Balance in real life, and will also show what kind of personal professional ethics and work focus she has. There are many types of questions for this type of topic. In addition to essay questions, they will also appear in group discussions. Many European airlines, including the past group discussions of Emirates Airline, have frequently raised questions about a specific/a hypothetical situation. The Roleplay session included makes candidates’ sense of service, expression skills and business quotient realistically presented, which is very challenging.
  • 55. Cabin Crew blog:https://www.airflighthome.com/ 55 11. Five-star airline flight attendant shares the secret of perfect impression with you High standards of professionalism and corporate cultural exchanges have cultivated the skills and ability to communicate with others Customers usually pay for the product not how good the product is, but the person or brand who meets the customer face-to-face, and the overall feeling that the person or brand presents, such as character, conversation, and values, makes him feel at ease? Let TA believe that it is worth the money? Give TA a sense of trust? Face-to-face contact with customers is a good opportunity to quickly narrow the psychological distance. Many well-known brands have done a good job using the good impression of initial contact to build customer relationships. Take Qatar Airways, the world's best airline, as an example. With simple greetings and exchanges, the crew makes the passengers feel that the entire flight experience is pleasant, eliminates passengers’ worries, and relaxes their guards. Retain customers and make a second sale.
  • 56. Cabin Crew blog:https://www.airflighthome.com/ 56 This point touches me deeply, and I often learn from it and share it with you. In Qatar Airways, the flight attendant needs to conduct one-to-one communication with business/first-class passengers. The flight attendant must do Chairside Breifing for the VIP in the service area—go to the passenger’s seat and communicate with him in a head-up or squatting posture, about 2-3 Minutes. All passengers are strangers. What can we talk about when we meet for the first time? Mainly a digression of praise and greetings, and a friendly comment on everything the passengers said: Express welcome and love to them for taking the flight; Topics related to the destination weather or local activities (such as "Arrival in Paris in the morning is about 18 degrees, is there any plan for clear weather") Small topics, appropriate compliments, try to find some small clues related to passenger nationality, flight information, boarding experience, etc., to cut in.
  • 57. Cabin Crew blog:https://www.airflighthome.com/ 57 For the flight attendant level, the company requires us to predict the needs of passengers on flights, such as whether there is a special meal demand, and whether they are satisfied with the use of flight products? Proactively provide passengers with additional information, such as the price reduction of duty-free products on flights, do I need to reserve in advance? Provide passengers with recommendations for meals, itinerary planning, etc... Starting from the details, pay enough attention to customers, create a comfortable memory point, and leave a perfect first impression. Regardless of interpersonal communication, workplace communication or sales work, learning to create a communication atmosphere and proactively understanding each other's needs is the key to gaining the trust of others. People are three-dimensional and multi-faceted, and they are often more emotional than rational, and so are customers. Ta can be interested in the products you represent, but it is more about having a good impression of your communication, lifestyle, aesthetic taste and values, so as to be willing to trust your recommendation. Communication requires sincerity, and the most fear is awkward chat. When you feel uncomfortable, the other person will feel the same. Human-to-human interaction is two-way, and one look and one expression are enough to betray
  • 58. Cabin Crew blog:https://www.airflighthome.com/ 58 your true thoughts. Habitually let "create an atmosphere that makes the other person feel comfortable" in mind. This is human nature. 12. Eight notes for online interviews During the special period of the epidemic, offline recruitment has been cancelled, and online recruitment has become the best choice for enterprises. Including online recruitment methods such as video interviews, online signing and online registration. Spring job fairs in many cities have also turned to online. At the same time, many Internet recruitment platforms have also increased their investment in online recruitment business. Eight precautions for online interviews, let's take action and prepare in advance. 1) Video environment: A quiet, tidy and bright video environment is very important. Whether you are conducting a video interview in your home lobby or office room, a bright and clean background will be related to the recruiter's first impression of you.
  • 59. Cabin Crew blog:https://www.airflighthome.com/ 59 2) Smooth signal: Repeatedly confirm relevant information, such as interview time, process, materials to be prepared, interview platform, etc. Modify the platform-related information in advance, upload a regular photo, and change the user name to your real name to ensure that the interviewer can contact you in time. Ensure that the network signal is unblocked, test headphones, microphones, etc. in advance, and charge the laptop in advance to avoid sudden power outages. At the beginning of the interview, you can politely ask the recruiter whether he can see and hear you clearly. 3) Prepare a cheat sheet: The biggest advantage of a video interview is that you can read the prompt draft or notes. The classic question types of online/offline interviews are similar. Regarding self-introduction, work experience, personal workplace case sharing, etc., you can do more exercises in advance and record videos to adjust yourself. Put the cheat sheet on the phone/computer camera during the interview, and use keywords to help memorize and focus on the problem itself. 4) Makeup image: Makeup image standards are the same as offline interviews. You can combine your job requirements to enhance your professional image and show your personal temperament and charm.
  • 60. Cabin Crew blog:https://www.airflighthome.com/ 60 5) Expression management: Make eye contact and keep smiling. Look directly at the camera instead of looking at the examiner on the screen, so as to produce the effect of looking directly at the other person’s eyes. Keep the corners of your mouth up, without a smile and positive interaction, you will look like a robot in front of the screen. 6) Graceful sitting posture: Your posture should show a relaxed and engaged state. You can lean forward a little bit, but don't get too close to the camera. Sit upright and show respect for the recruiter and the importance of the interview. 7) Don't interrupt: If you can't hear the examiner's speech clearly, you can politely ask the recruiter to repeat it, but don't interrupt it at will. This will make the communication awkward. After the other party finishes asking questions or statements, give yourself a small amount of time to think about how to answer, and ask questions reasonably about what you don't understand. 8) Grasp the rhythm: The online interview time is more compact, which requires everyone to answer the questions in a ‘gentle’. Not only should you contact your own reality, but also answer the questions in accordance with the specific situation of the interviewing company. Time is tight and tasks are heavy. If you

Doha is the capital of Qatar (Doha), and it is also a tourist city with modern style and Arabian characteristics. There are many entry points, such as food culture and cultural differences. Arabian date and Cafe Arabe are the most common local hospitality. The coffee powder is mixed with cloves, cinnamon pieces, cardamom seeds, and then poured into hot water to cook. When drinking Arabic coffee, you should hold the cup with your right hand and the pot with your left hand, because this represents the traditional concept of "the right is superior to the left." Qatar Airways’ first-class welcome service includes Arabic coffee. CCs from various countries have been trained to strictly abide by this etiquette to provide special services, which is very interesting. 2) Excessive emphasis on how you care about other people's feelings can easily
  • 62. Cabin Crew blog:https://www.airflighthome.com/ 62 create the impression of being too sensitive and not confident enough. It is not recommended. Your communication style and overall temperament tend to be considerate and introverted, and the interview language should match the current visual presentation of the examiner. No one is perfect, so don't have psychological pressure on this topic. You can refer to: My greatest weakness is that I tend to keep my problems to myself and make others feel I am fine when I am not, but I've learnt that it causes more harm than good. Everyone has problems and it is ok sometimes to share my problems with my trusted friends. 3) Regarding the experience of asking about frustration/failure, the focus of such questions is what you have gained in the process? What are the positive effects? The case topic can be anything that touches your heart. , The triggering emotion is sadness, discouragement, grievance or regret, what actions do you use to ease, adjust or make up? If there is no impressive or positive story, it is not worth sharing. Unwary language and unthinking content make the examiner very disgusted. 13.2Foreign Airlines Interview Q&A (2)
  • 63. Cabin Crew blog:https://www.airflighthome.com/ 63 4) For the case that shows your team spirit, you can have the following answer ideas, and make a good positioning based on your own case: Idea 1: Strive to help each other. (A case that reflects collaboration and cooperation) Idea 2: Feel happy and take pride in each other’s achievements. Idea 3: Be innovative with new ideas. (Talking about the contribution of personal innovation ability to the team) 5) The success of QR and the reason why QR attracts you are complementary content. The bottom-level assessment logic is your interview motivation and basic understanding of the airline. 6)In the face of medical emergencies (such as passenger sickness/injury, etc.), CC needs to show professionalism and empathy, soothe the passengers as soon as possible, and accompany them (observe the symptoms and ask whether the passengers are carrying medicines themselves? Have a medical history? Do you have a history of allergies?) Broadcast to contact a doctor or nurse, contact a colleague for support, and report to the flight attendant & captain. If the condition is confirmed, drugs can be given on board.

Experience comes from constant experimentation, giving yourself the opportunity to try and make more efforts. You can share any short stories that sum up your experience after trying, such as persisting in learning English, living alone overseas, facing work challenges, etc. We must always be observant, sensitive, and futuristic. We must not hesitate taking action with caution.Be Brave Every examinee must master the basic knowledge of foreign aviation assessment logic, upgrade their interview thinking, and truly find a breakthrough. 14.1Respond to the scene and say goodbye to embarrassment: All English interview instructions (1)
  • 65. Cabin Crew blog:https://www.airflighthome.com/ 65 In an all-English interview, the candidate’s ability to communicate and interact is particularly critical. Recently, Sprint did a lot of simulation exercises for the trainees to sprint for foreign airlines interviews, and felt that they lacked the ability in this area. Many candidates have preset "interview script" in their hearts, and once they don't follow the routine, they will be confused. There is still a gap between the actual interview scene and the description of the online experience, and the situation varies from person to person, so you cannot copy it. Whether it is a free communication session or the end of an interview, different scenes, or even an awkward situation, it is necessary to show a decent expression as much as possible. Let’s share with you the on-the-spot response and English expression of four common interview scenarios! 【scene 1】 Ask carefully when you don’t hear clearly or understand the question, don’t be nervous-the interviewer will not embarrass you. I'm sorry I didn't hear that clearly. May I ask you to repeat it, please?

I guess I’m not making myself clear. May I explain further? May I try to explain myself in another way. 14.2 Responding on the spot, bidding farewell to embarrassment: What you need to know about the English interview (2) 【Scene 3】 If the answer is affirmed by the interviewer, give a decent gratitude and express your determination and attitude to continue working hard. Thank you for your compliment. I am far from perfect. I will continue to work hard in the future. 【Scene 4】

If my application is successful, I assure you that I would make every effort to be worthy of the confidence you may place in me. Thank you very much. I'll expect your notification. Thank you very much. 15.1 How to present safety awareness in foreign airline interviews? (1) In the early morning of March 8, 2014, Malaysia Airlines flight MH370 flew from Kuala Lumpur to Beijing. 239 passengers and 154 compatriots have yet to arrive. For seven full years, we have never forgotten. The attention of flight safety has once again been pushed to the forefront. Airline interviews will also ask questions about everyone's safety awareness. Babies should be prepared! Analysis of high-frequency real questions in foreign airline interviews. Do you think that Security, Safety and Service are very important in flight work. If you want to choose one of them, which one do you think is the most important?
  • 68. Cabin Crew blog:https://www.airflighthome.com/ 68 There are two words with similar meanings in this question, "Security" and "Safety", which are easy to confuse everyone and cause many candidates to have poor words. Indeed, they both have the literal meaning of "safety", but their meanings are quite different! "Security" is more macro, when it comes to "Sense of security" This "sense of security" can be described as a sense of psychological stability brought about by a stable income or a loyal partner. "Safety" is more specific. When it comes to "Sense of safety", this "sense of safety" can describe the feelings of good public security in the community you live in. To give an example: Just like people struggling in a foreign land may not have "Sense of security", and Syria's rich people may not have "Sense of safety". In flight work, the crew often mentioned "Cabin Safety" and "Cabin Security", and the meanings are quite different! "Cabin Safety" mainly means that crew members have passed system training, reasonable design of cabin facilities and equipment, etc., to ensure the safety of the crew and passengers, and prevent accidents, damage, casualties, etc. unintentionally caused by themselves. For example, when the cabin safety indicator lights up, the crew members remind passengers to wear seat belts to avoid accidental injuries caused by turbulence.
  • 69. Cabin Crew blog:https://www.airflighthome.com/ 69 And "Cabin Security" includes the content of the "Safety" scope, and also covers the meaning of preventing and resisting the intentional threats/damages of outsiders/enemy, causing accidents, damage, and casualties. For example, the flight attendants must do a comprehensive cabin safety check (often called Pre-FlightCheck) before the flight takes off. This includes inspections of all facilities and equipment such as seats, fire extinguishers, medical oxygen cylinders and other equipment are in normal use, luggage Whether the rack is placed with suspicious unknown items. 15.2 How to present safety awareness in foreign airline interviews? (2) Let's continue to talk about interview questions about aviation safety ❤ ❤Many candidates have a headache. When faced with the examiner's question of "Which is the most important Security, Safety and Service" question, it is really difficult to choose, and they are afraid of answering wrongly. How to do? In fact, the examiner does not require candidates to make a comprehensive analysis of the meaning of "Security", "Safety" or "Service", but to understand the candidates' understanding of the aviation industry and flight service work through these questions, hoping to reflect the industry's essentials Security awareness.
  • 70. Cabin Crew blog:https://www.airflighthome.com/ 70 I hope everyone understands that this kind of question is by no means a multiple-choice question, but gives you the opportunity to present a sense of service and safety! ! ! Everyone is not to force themselves to choose, but to tell the examiner to understand the relationship between the three, and express their complementary understanding. The last article also analyzed the meaning of "Security" and "Safety" in detail. They and "Service" are complementary. We can try to incorporate these three "S" into the answer in the interview. Come and come, you can organize the answer content of this type of question to make the examiner shine! ! Security is one of the major factors that all cabin crew have to take very seriously on a daily basis. It is our responsibility not only to keep ourselves safe, but we are also responsible for the welfare of the passengers and the safety of the aircraft and crew.
  • 71. Cabin Crew blog:https://www.airflighthome.com/ 71 It ensures that the cabin product and service is designed and delivered to the customer as safely as possible. Safety assurance is the prerequisite for achieving high-quality services, highlighting your own safety awareness and anti-risk awareness, you will get a score. May our experience on every part of the voyage be wonderful, and every take-off and landing will be safe. 16.1 A necessary course for foreign airlines interview: confident professional image creation skills (1) Whether it is an interview or the workplace, having a professional image is essential. Image is not only about dressing up, but also about words and deeds. An examinee or professional person who has a professional image as a whole can often show just the right amount of self-confidence and attract attention. There is a small difference between being confident and showing a professional image, as well as being considered arrogant or even considered "Miss Know-it-all".
  • 72. Cabin Crew blog:https://www.airflighthome.com/ 72 Many people misunderstand "confidence" as "high-profile", aiming to show the highest degree of self-confidence, with the little thought of "you are good, and I am not bad". Behave "excessively" when facing a boss, partner or interviewer, being rude and not knowing it. Many friends talked about the stories with their ex in the interview, and they came to "My Ex-boyfriend..." when they met. They spoke quickly, and if they spoke more, they could seize opportunities and race against time; communication was mostly self-centered. Striving to create a perfect set of characters... The result was disappointing for the examiner. So, is it possible to talk about personal matters in the interview? How to race against time for interview conversations? What are the precautions for communicating with the examiner? First, about whether you can talk about personal matters. Friends, please remember the golden rule of interview conversation: be frank but not too honest. Unless the other party actively mentions related emotional topics, don't take the initiative to spread dog food or pick up sad love songs. The same applies to business occasions or more formal social occasions.
  • 73. Cabin Crew blog:https://www.airflighthome.com/ 73 Be sure to think twice before you speak. You can share personal information, but don't say too much, and pay special attention not to say too early. Lack of language sense is not conducive to shaping a professional image. Secondly, it's about the way of expression. The interviewer hopes to see a true temperament candidate, "being yourself" does not mean ignoring the other person's feelings. A person who really knows how to communicate must first learn to listen. Listen to the other person's intonation, speed, vocabulary, turns, etc., and then adjust your voice to match the other person. In other words, everyone needs to cooperate with the interviewer's speaking speed in communication and use the other party's initial vocabulary. When the interviewer speaks slowly and gracefully, and you are an acute child, slow down a bit to match the speed and vocabulary of the other person, otherwise the communication between the two parties will immediately feel out of sync at the beginning of the meeting. When the interviewer uses "Singapore Girl" to describe a new airline passenger, then you should not use "Cabin Crew" and be as close as possible to the other person, instead of recite the answer.
  • 74. Cabin Crew blog:https://www.airflighthome.com/ 74 English is the second language of Chinese candidates. Interviewers will expect to hear accents, dialect habits, and imperfect expressions, and they will be tolerant. But the clarity of pronunciation, the rigor of using words, the enthusiasm of emotional vitality, the grasp of pause, these are all important. Many candidates are vague or anxious to finish speaking, and the quality of the dialogue is directly reduced. How can the interviewer give recognition? People hire or choose partners are people they like and trust. The other party needs to know you before they can trust you. It is a skill to grasp a comfortable way of expression and make yourself worthy of being liked and trusted. 16.2 A necessary course for foreign airline interviews: confident professional image creation skills (2) Third, about creating the most pleasing persona. In the interview, we have to show a willingness to learn and cooperate with others, and we have to be a little humble. When talking with the examiner, when
  • 75. Cabin Crew blog:https://www.airflighthome.com/ 75 introducing yourself, when sharing stories and cases, think about: Do you pay attention to your body language and facial expressions? Do you know how to create a communication atmosphere? Did you attend the interview with a happy and anticipating mood? Is it sincere enough to look into the other person’s eyes? The image you show is the kind of "down-to-earth" person who always shows respect for fine work, or is it an attitude of self-conceit and supremacy? Can you use collective language and powerful expressions flexibly, such as "we" instead of "me", "I believe" instead of "I think"? Returning to our topic at the beginning, you can get offers from many competitors with the same qualifications, and get promotion opportunities or cooperation opportunities. The reason is you. The confidence that you radiate when you walk into the door is admirable, and it's also a trait that interviewers are looking for. You are the person with a certain factor, and the unspeakable favor is you. Quantifying these degrees of affection is what Si likes to study most, including manners, dress, positive energy and enthusiasm, attitude of "I can" beliefs and personal style, etc., can be adjusted to be truly attractive.

What is self-confidence is by no means a bluff, nor is it a high-profile Know it all. The following passage is exactly the core of what Si wants to express: “Confidence is all about projecting positive energy, a positive mental spirit, and a positive attitude. Confidence comes from within. Anyone can project an air of confidence.“ Confidence comes from inner confidence and from all-round preparation. 17.1The most critical factor for a successful foreign airline interview (I) In the past, in Qatar Airways, the HR department was full of global candidate data. These countless resumes and photos looked like a few hills from a distance. After being selected by the headquarters, the addition of new faces has kept the training building full of excitement. Hundreds of newcomers join the flight every two weeks, and these candidates from all over the world are all carefully selected elites. Compared with the crowded training building, the number of recruits for each recruitment in China by Foreign Airlines is not large, and the recent recruitments
  • 77. Cabin Crew blog:https://www.airflighthome.com/ 77 have repeatedly reached new lows. As a flight attendant of a foreign airline, even though I was still flying at the time and loved flying, I often wondered: How did I successfully pass the Qatar Airways interview, and how did I get to where I am today? Through the follow-up survey of the trainees, combined with my own situation and interviews with flying colleagues around me, I have summarized the four most critical factors for successfully passing the foreign airline interview. They are: 1. Excellent appearance conditions and English ability; 2. Basic dream start-up capital; 3. The right time for interview; 4. Strong execution and clear positioning of flight attendant career planning. Among the first four points, "excellent appearance conditions and English ability" is a good stepping stone, even if there are slight shortcomings, it can be overcome by correct methods. Nearly height can be improved by stretching exercises; irregular teeth can be corrected; makeup skills and clothing matching can be

There are always more ways than problems; "Basic dream start-up funds" are necessary, used to invest in interview necessities, or to participate in courses, or fly to other places to apply for employment, so that there is a basic economic support for the realization of dreams; "The right time for interview" includes interview age, physical or mental state, on-site performance, admission rate, etc., which will all affect whether the ideal goal can be achieved in the end. The survey found that "strong execution and clear positioning of flight attendant career planning" is the most critical factor in achieving flying dreams through interviews. . What is "execution"? Countless young people who are pursuing flying seem to have excellent appearance conditions and English ability, basic dream start-up funds and the right interview time, but in the end they fail. What went wrong that made flying dreams die?

Countless young people who are pursuing flying seem to have excellent appearance conditions and English ability, basic dream start-up funds and the right interview time, but in the end they fail. The main reason is the lack of execution and the vacillation of one's own career plan. I thought I was working hard, but I didn't find the right direction. As a result, the harder I tried, the more depressed I was, and my psychological defense collapsed in the face of better-quality and strategic competitors. A friend of mine, 27 years old, a northern girl, is a curriculum consultant for an English organization. She has good conditions, but she is not confident. With all my encouragement, she only plucked up the courage to attend the interview in the fourth month after the course. The interview at Emirates Airline stopped at Final. Only this time, she gave up. She said that there are many voices in her heart, maybe she is not suitable, maybe she should get married and have children, and don't want to try again. I found that if I have a career plan to be a flight attendant, I must also have the

If the original mentality is not firm and unwilling to face the true self, no matter how good the teacher is, there is nothing he can do. I remember on the eve of university graduation, I met a senior in Singapore Airlines. She shared many travel anecdotes and flying experiences with me. She accidentally asked: "Your personality is too suitable for the flight attendant career. Have you considered flying?" So I started to pay attention to the career direction of foreign airlines, and this job has brought people more and more people. A sense of accomplishment and a unique lifestyle. During the exam preparation period, I took special care to understand the real needs of foreign airlines and the conditions that must be met to become a foreign airline passenger, set target airlines, learn from previous generations, and even made a flight plan. As an English major, in addition to focusing on strengthening oral English, I also take into account the second foreign study. Of course, the service industry-related work experience accumulated in the past has given me a great advantage. I remember that during the first test, the examiner saw me and said: "Please turn around." I was a little puzzled, but smiled and slowly turned around. She then

I also like black, so I never want to dye it." Smiled and said, "I like it too." I deeply feel the flexibility of foreign airlines interviews, and there is no use in memorizing answers rigidly. My hair color and natural reaction turned out to be an advantage. From preparation to interview, it takes about half a year. I enjoy the process of getting close to the flight, it is hard work but I have a lot of motivation. At the time of my interview, my college classmates had fallen and got up many times on the interview road, and laughed at themselves "a little girl is a senior face fighter." She used her free time to continue to add value and happily turned Impossible into Possible. Until I was flying for two years, she finally got an offer from the UAE Airlines. For two whole 365 days, not everyone was willing to devote such energy and time, but she did. 17.3The most critical factors for the success of foreign airline interviews (3)
  • 82. Cabin Crew blog:https://www.airflighthome.com/ 82 Several times, at different foreign airlines interview sites, I repeatedly met several candidates. They are full of enthusiasm, walking in different cities with suitcases, fighting for their dreams: today at the Singapore Airlines site, tomorrow at the Emirates site; this month Lufthansa interview, next month Qaq Airlines interview. Once, the initial test resume delivery was over at 2 o'clock in the afternoon, and they arrived before 1 o'clock. No change of clothes, no makeup, and abruptly introducing himself. Later, the interview result remained the same: failed. The spirit of not giving up is moving, but this persistence of not letting oneself breathe is not exactly the "execution" I want to admire. I hope everyone will fight prepared. The real execution ability is to face your own shortcomings, talk to yourself, actively analyze the reasons and solve the problems. Is it because your English listening is not good enough, and you have not grasped the ideas behind the examiner's questions, perhaps it is simply because your language is showing a problem. Each of the above needs time to settle to improve, and the execution can make the greatest contribution in the process: it forces you to practice, learn and work hard. Sometimes, foreign airline interviews are like this society, very impetuous,

Previously, the student looked for me on the Internet and said that she was anxious and at a loss after hearing the news that EK might postpone recruitment indefinitely. So, we chatted, and the general conversation is as follows: A: My heart is only EK. It feels like looking for a boyfriend, you have to feel it. I didn't know EK at the beginning, I never thought about being a flight attendant. Me: EK is very popular, which means that the competition is fierce. You must be better than 99% of people. If you are stubbornly obliged to EK, you do not need to participate in other aviation interviews. However, you need to consider: Flying is a profession, and other foreign airlines can also give you excellent development space and life vision. As for career planning, stubbornness is not necessarily a good thing. Life is a long way, so look at the long-term. Ask yourself: If EK comes tomorrow, are you ready? If EK comes back in two years, will you wait? Can other foreign airlines not realize your flying dream? What state do you want? Needless to say, EK is indeed great, but it does not mean that other foreign airlines are not good. In terms of professional training for high-end services in the aviation industry, Singapore Airlines and Qatar Airways are among the best and you can work hard.
  • 84. Cabin Crew blog:https://www.airflighthome.com/ 84 A: I feel my vision is too small and I think too much. When you asked me what my goal was just now, you really knocked me down. I want a vision and development space, this is what I really want! Me: Calm down and arrange your own career planning and positioning, so that you can really get close to the state you want. The bottlenecks and failures encountered in foreign airline interviews will make us more deeply feel the gap between ourselves and our goals and realize our shortcomings. These simple perceptions cannot change anything. If you still blindly bump into the interview, it's just a toss. When you have strong execution and a clear positioning of the profession, you are not far from flying. 18.1Exclusively revealing the real situation of foreign airlines|The ideals and reality of international flight attendants (I) In the past every pre-flight meeting, senior flight attendants like to make fun of newcomers: "Everyone, do you remember how you prepared to answer that gorgeous answer from the examiner during the interview?" Remember that the most frequently asked questions in foreign airline interviews are: Why do you want to be an international flight attendant? “Why you choose to be a cabin crew in this international airline?” Over the years, I have been teaching my friends how to face the interviews of foreign airlines, and I have seen all kinds of strange or reliable answers. These answers may also be the "initial intention" of the babies who want to be flight attendants. But I believe that after more than half of my friends retired like me, looking back at their original answer, they can't help but laugh... Let's take a look at the four most common answers and the "skinny comparison chart" of real flying life~ . Answer Top1 "The flight attendant is my dream since I was young,
