You will develop a lesson plan for one learning experience (e.g., unit plan) to teach and analyze children’s learning. You must determine a central focus for your learning experience that will allow you to address students’ language and literacy development in an
interdisciplinary context through active and multimodal learning. The lesson plan must incorporate Alabama’s college & career ready standards (CCRS) associated with
each academic area incorporated within the lesson. You must incorporate
at least three disciplines (e.g., content areas such as social studies, math, English, language arts, reading, science) within the learning experience.
