33. MODIFICATION IN CURRENT
ALIGNMENT
As per H.E (Hydraulic Engineer) the current
alignment passes through the area which is near to
MBR and filtration plants.
Hence it is recommended to modified the current
alignment
Modified alignment will be parallel to compound wall
and at a distance of aprrox.200 mtr away from MBR.
35. SALIENT FEATURES
Alignment passes along less dense tree region
Proximity to MBR and Filtration plant is avoided
completely
Partial proximity to Vihar lake is also avoided
Ease of access during construction phase
The residential & Commercial structures of Bhandup
Complex are not affected
