                   SIGNIFICANT PROFESSIONAL SUCCESSES

CONCEIVED and IMPLEMENTED a new Invoice Management Plan to replace a manual
process lacking customer history, audit capability and led to errors. RESULT: Collaborated
with the Vice President, successful implementation and training increased revenue by $6M in
two years.

ORCHESTRATED the relocation of all I.T. services and supporting infrastructure for 9
nationwide offices simultaneously. The challenge was to complete and improve services
without any customer disruptions. RESULT: The entire process was successfully and
seamlessly implemented over multiple weekends with less than 2% "customer issues." This
consolidated valuable floor space which approached the goal of saving $9M and improving
service and enhancing employee functionality.

INITIATED a weekly company meeting to create a meaningful dialogue between diverse
business groups in order to enhance processes and documentation. RESULT: Initiation of a
viable order processing, contractor dispatch management and inventory management was
presented to increase employee efficiency and productivity along with timely, accurate
information to enable better decision-making and profitability.
