I would like to introduce Andrew Cronk of whom I had the pleasure to observe while he was working for
Butler-America, as a College Intern. What caught my attention was his calming nature, his enthusiasm to
do a job well, his strong communication skills and professional demeanor. During the time I spent with
Andrew, he consistently demonstrated character qualities not all that common in today’s world. I found
him to be of strong work ethics and morals, a very honest, sincere, hard working individual, always the
encourager, never the nay sayer.
I observed Andrew as reliable, dedicated and eternally upbeat. Andrew also multitasks effectively and is
able to handle a high-volume workload.
Of particular value, Andrew’s team player mind-set, his enthusiastic embrace of change, ability to work
with minimal supervision and unwavering commitment to exceeding expectations.
Organized and diligent, Andrew quickly learned technology systems and software that were unfamiliar to
him when he first started with Butler-America. Due diligence was observed of all his tasks.
Andrew is hard working, and would be an asset to any organization. Andrew has my highest
