Dear Sirs,
Andrew Parcero has been associated with The Hive, The Student Entrepreneurs Club and the
attendant SIFE (Student in Free Enterprise) programme for the last year and has participated in
all a range of activities undertaken by the team. Andrew is an integral part of that team and
plays an active role in the development of activities and events.
Andrew is a very affable character, sociable, friendly and approachable, with a maturity beyond
his years and is proving himself an invaluable addition to our “family”.
Since our first encounter, I have found Andrew to be a resourceful, intelligent and extremely
personable young man. He displays many of the standard characteristics of the entrepreneur; an
inquisitive mind, commercial astuteness and a willingness to take calculated risks.
He has undoubted business knowledge and skills and is able to demonstrate these by means of
his work with both SIFE and the Entrepreneurs Club, of which he is now President.
I greatly enjoy working alongside Andrew and I am sure his abilities will lead him to new and
exciting ideas and projects in the future. I have no hesitation in recommending him to you as a
first class student who demonstrates both maturity and business know-how.
Andrew has the opportunity to take the knowledge and skills developed here at University to
another level, which will benefit him immensely. He is a confident and keen young man,
respectful of authority and experience. He is not afraid of hard work and is keen to achieve
success in his business career.
