History
Wananchi group through ZUKU started providing
triple play services to retail users, however
even business users started using the same
services – which was not appropriate and far
from business needs.
To provide businesses with appropriate services
we created SimbaBIZ Services.
Description
SimbaBIZ services are triple play services,
providing Internet connectivity, Telephony and
TV to business users. Variety of different speed
offered, caters for different type users,
depending on the office/work stations size.
Service Approach
We are targeting SOHO and SMEs. There are two
groups of customers; those that are Zuku
customers (but with business needs) – where we
provide migration to SimbaBIZ and those that
are new customers in need of service.

History
WGK – through ZUKU brand has been providing Wi-
MAX services to residential users. With increased
coverage of GPON and HFC networks, Zuku has
lost need to provide this kind of services.
However, there are areas where we can find
business users which are not covered with cable
broadband, and this is the gap we are filling in
with our services, hence - to provide businesses
with appropriate services we created
SimbaMAX.
Description
SimbaMAX services are dual play services,
providing Internet connectivity and Telephony
to business users. Variety of different speed
offered, caters for different type users,
depending on the office/work stations size.
It is a Wireless broadband service run on
licensed frequency eliminating possibility of

What is SimbaTRUNK?
SimbaTRUNK is an interconnection through a virtual tunnel/pipe located
between the client’s PBX and provider’s (SimbaNET) switch. Calls placed
through the client’s PBX will be processed and delivered to final destinations
via the Provider’s switch.

How does SimbaTRUNK work?
If you already have a SIP enabled PBX, SimbaNET will provide you with a SIP
trunk connected between your PBX and our Telephony switch. If you do not
have a SIP enabled PBX, we will provide you with the a SIP trunk and a
mechanism to convert all your outgoing (TDM) calls into SIP. SimbaTRUNK
services are delivered through your existing Internet connection.

In today’s world it is very important to have backup of your every day’s work, financial records, billing and
any other essential business work. Disaster can strike at any time, and if you are not prepared it can be a
loss of years and years of hardship.
To answer this challenge SimbaNET brings SimbaULINZI product, with some of the benefits:
Automatic backup scheduling, which eliminates risk – human error. Backup is done according to the set
schedule and it is performed regularly and without user intervention.

file server will be scheduled for back-up, and file server will back-up all data to the secure cloud

up and software agent placed on the company file server.
Client will have installed backup-clients in all computers needed to participate in back-up which will
automatically and on regular bases make backup directly to clients file server.

Free Conference Call is the meeting place with local dial in numbers in
around 40 countries. You can create and share conference calls, as
well the web space and screen sharing or webinars in form of online
meetings. We participate with our Kenya DID numbers and there are
plans to deploy our TZ and UG numbers in near future.
This is a pure revenue with just hosting our own numbers and availing
