population
Reasons:
• Wars -15-years war
- Wars in the Decline of Transylvania
- The Liberating Wars
• Deportation
• Genocide
• Epidemics after the wars (Plague)
Mostly the Conquered parts and Transylvania
but there were signs in Royal Hungary too.

7. North, East : rusins, slovaks, romanians

10. Changings in the landscape
• Towns along the border castle system
became abandoned
• Churches  Bastions
• Population  died out / runaway
Moved to
